It's hard to understand how an establishment devoted to ice cream could repeatedly find itself without something as basic as cones. Compounding the frustration, there's a policy that restricts sugar cones to children and seniors only, in size small which feels unnecessarily rigid and adds another layer of inconvenience for ordinary customers. If I want a medium soft serve in a sugar cone with a cup you can't get that. Only reason I go here is for convenience. There's not to many other ice cream places in the area. We didn't partake enjoy our outing and we are saving our tokens for a prize. Go and try it out. The staff was friendly, but needs to pay attention to waiting customers. I shouldn't have to wait because your kid is with you at work. The staff could also do a better job cleaning up the restrooms and clearing and cleaning tables. Placed my order, grabbed a table in the clean dining room, and waited for my food to be delivered to my table. It took about 10 minutes to get my order which was served by another helpful and friendly employee. Product quality from this location was a disappointment and not up to the quality I'm used to getting while dinging at other Culver's locations. I ordered my usual, the Culver's Deluxe Combo made with double beef patties and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and their signature mayo on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The burger which looked amazing was not good. The burger buns and burger patties were cold, dry, and flavorless. The only thing that stood out and tasted good on this burger was the fresh burger toppings. The crinkled cut fries were also HOT, plentiful, and delicious. The store was sparsely decorated, but that's more a personal preference of mine to bring in character to a local shop. Show some panache and magic, attract that clientele in the age of social media. Back to the treats though. Not one of my sweet treat connoisseurs had more than a small bite out of their cake pops, "they're bland and gummy, we don't like them." So sadly they got tossed uneaten. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. My husband had the stacked turkey club sandwich and he thought it was delicious. I had the tuna poke nachos and the tuna was very good but the wonton nacho chips were stale tasting. I don't know if they were just left out for too long or if they were over fried, but that would be my only complaint. We chose to dine outside and watch the beautiful sunset with the cool breeze, brushing our faces while we sipped on our cocktails and enjoyed lively discussion.
