    Churro sundae.
    Jon B.

My friends wanted to try a new dessert place, and found this place in Port Richey. I tried to find it on yelp, but it didn't exist yet, and I love adding new places to Yelp. It seems like there's another location in St Pete that I haven't tried. The décor here is great, lots of LED neon signs and jokes on the wall about Churros. The menu has milkshakes, Sundays, and churros with dipping sauce. I thought the Churros would be amazing for a place that specializes in churros. They were pretty good. My friends got a basket of churros, and I had a Churro sundae. The churros themselves are served warm. But their texture is pretty doughy. I saw churros being made. The worker pressed the dough through a machine and pulled a large lever that that formed the dough into a thick churro shape. I think authentic churros are a lighter dough squeezed from a piping bag. Overall this place was great, but the churro itself was just a little too heavy for my taste.

Awesome service and great food. Did not have exactly what I wanted but offered a perfect substitute, thank you! And an extra cup of fudge!

I bought a bunch of things to take home. Cinnamon roll was AMAZING!!! So soft & perfectly sweet. The Chocolate chip cookies were yummy... not too sweet. I also had guava pie, Tatianof chocolate cake, Leonesa, and another cookie that had guava in the center. Everything was delicious! The sweet lady said they also custom order cakes & cheesecake! I'll definitely be back for more delicious desserts. Highly recommend!

They don't use the same cheap ingredients here. The stuff here is not thaw and serve, or bake from frozen. This place has real homemade cookies, donuts, cakes, cupcakes, scones. It was wonderful to find this little gem! Speaking of finding it....it IS in the same little strip of stores where the restaurant (currently Hudson Crab House, fka Rogers Chicago Beef & Pizza) and the mini-mart is. It's literally between the two. In the center of the building. In the morning, just park at the Crab House. They aren't open anyway. The bakery does NOT have a roof sign. They are under the gap between the restaurant and mini-mart. The owner was there this morning. Super sweet woman! The bakery all looks wonderful. I went in to try a donut, maybe 2. I left with 2 donuts, 2 cupcakes, and a strawberry bread! Donuts are definitely not from frozen, and are fresh cooked. You know how eclairs have a hole at one end and they squirt some greasy custard in the hole to fill it? Not here!! She slices the cake in half lengthwise and spreads real custard over the bottom half and puts the top on! It's like a donut custard sandwich!! The glazed donut was good too. Fresh fried, not greasy. I asked what flavor the black and white cupcakes were. She said a marble cake with custard - which sounded interesting. Like real moist or something. I was shocked when I cut it in half! Think about the process she did to make these! You aren't finding cupcakes like these at a grocery store! They tasted even better than they looked! Haven't tried the strawberry bread yet, but it smells great and should make amazing PB&J sandwiches this week!! They also take special orders for cakes! I wish I would have got a couple pics inside, because th couple cakes she had ready to purchase looked great! You need to try this place!

I sampled the Triple Peanut Butter (pb ice cream, pb ribbon with pb cups) and was in heaven. The display is so impressive that is was hard to choose. My husband got birthday cake and I got chocolate fudge brownie. So so good. There are other items like shakes, sundaes and sandwiches, but we didn't try them. We got 1 scoop each in a waffle cone. Trust, you only need 1 scoop. See pics, but unfortunately we were already eating before I remembered. What's wrong with me. But we had been chowing down for at least 8 min so this scoop was huge. Very filling and delicious. The mixing looks fresh and you actually see and taste them prominently. Prices are very competitive. All in we were at a little over $13 for both cones. Location is centrally located in downtown off main street and next to Simms Park. Shope is well lie and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Shop has late hours (9pm+) daily so you can get your eat on. I look forward to going back.

Got to meet the owner, super cool guy. You know the usual story, a medical professional, whose wife sends him to ice cream school. He falls in love with it, as well as the culture and making people happy. And now we have the creamery! Everything is scratch made in house! Whether it's the waffle cone or any flavor of the ice cream... it's made by hand on location. Pay attention to the stickers, experimental flavors will have a different type of sticker than the rest indicating that they are on trial. We had the Dubai chocolate, which was outstanding, and I had mine mixed with the coconut ice cream as well...... absolutely delicious! Can't make up your mind, no worries try a little sample. They also have some adult flavors in the back, by the way ... ie mixed with different types of alcohols . I was having a discussion with the owner because he was talking about how he loves that ice cream brings back nostalgia for customers. So I told him about an ice cream shop up around the Kentucky Cincinnati border where I would get black raspberry chip. He goes just so happens. I was working on a black raspberry recipe. Would you like to try some? Well, of course I did and if I could've fit more in my stomach, I would've ordered some of that too! Boy did that take me back! So, If you're in the mood for an ice cream, definitely stop on by the creamery! Locally owned, locally sourced, made in house! And cool people as well. What more can you ask for? And the cool cow logo will always bring a smile!
