The shelves are often disorganized, the staff are kind of unprofessional, absent and unknowledgeable. The management does not seem to be able to encourage the employees in these areas and to raise the bar to create a good shopping experience. They need a little more maturity in the store. I find myself shopping at the competitor more often for these reasons.

This location always seemed very kept up and stocke. Their clothing selection is not as nice as their Council Bluffs counterpart yet they got a nice variety! Being the only store like this in about 20 miles or so they have a full parking lot and store full of customers at any time they are open. The man at the counter suggested a type of cat food when I told him we were feeding ferals. It was more economical than what we've been buying and we won't have to buy it as often. I also bought dog treats. They have a large variety of bird feeders and bird seed, some prepackaged and some in bins so you can serve yourself. The man who carried my purchase to the car told me a lot of people get baby chicks there in the spring. It's the kind of store where you go for one thing and find lots of other stuff you didn't know you needed.

It was three pounds short so due to the high price I paid I decided to bring back for replacement. The owner was very rude and took the bag and put it on his scale and said it was only one and a half pounds short!!! I know it was three pounds since I weighed it with my suitcase scale. He Did not apologize because I never got the amount I had paid for . He didn't care, just said that bags sometimes rips. He then called in the back for someone to bring back another bag. Again , the bag was sewn and this time missing a pound. . This time I didn't bother. They lost a customer and I will make sure I tell everyone about it. The owner is very arrogant
