Periodically I receive a 30% off entire purchase coupon from Pet Supplies Plus in my email. It's usually for a limited few days and there are very few restrictions but using it is so worth it. This is when I go to stock up on dog food, pill pockets, dentastix, treats, poop bags, and other supplies. I was there this past weekend and saved a lot - it was fun to watch the price shoot down after the coupon is applied. On another note, just when I thought that customer service was dead city-wide, my faith in humanity was restored by the young man who rang me out. He was personable and efficient and offered to carry my bags of dog food to my vehicle at the end of the transaction. With my bad knee, it was much appreciated. It was so pleasant to shop here - I look forward to my next visit. They have a huge selection and good prices/sales even without the coupon. read more

My experience at this store is always great, friendly staff and the store is always clean.

I am not at all happy with the grooming of my doodle, he had some matting, we went over the mats with them, at the time, when I left him there, around the collar area and his head where there was a dog manbun, and a few others. They charged me $20 extra and didn't tell me till I picked him up. He's raggedy, all jagged and lopsided on his face and his head. His body is also messy with bald spots. I also brought my other dog in a couple weeks prior to, and left with her all raggedy and uneven on her head. I paid over 130.00 for this groom for the doodle, and its pretty jagged and messy. I have had too many bad experiences at this dog wash to have not left a review yet. From a drunk man washing his dog to showing up when theres only one wash working, and nobody even mentioned that to me when I called before I came and then drove 15 minutes to wash my dog to only be told that I'd have to wait for an hour. Not ok. Do better. read more

I saw this while trying out Teriyaki Express and was curious to what it's about. I left there with a membership and roughly 40$ worth of pet treats and supplies. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This place has a wonderful variety of pet food that I've never heard of before. They mentioned that they can price match, I tried comparing the prices of dog food from other places and it was already below what we normally buy for our dog! I decided to give my dog a beef flavored chew and she looooves it. She dashed outside with it and has been enjoying herself for the past 20 minutes, so I'm convinced that this is really yummy. This one is simple. They have all the supplies I want, near my home, and the staff is charming. Makes me feel good about shopping there. Added bonus - there was a local pet adoption group, Little White Dog Rescue, that had adorable wee dogs to adopt. I found this pet store because my sister stumbled upon it while waiting for her take out from the Chinese restaurant next door. She took a picture of the place and said we should check it out. Low and behold, the next day, we visited Pet Supplies Plus. This place has a big pet store look, but a small pet store feel. They have pretty much everything any other pet store has, i.e. petsmart, but with a more welcoming feeling from the workers. We first stumbled upon some leashes, collars, and doggie shirts and jerseys that featured the Creighton Bluejays and the Huskers. Of course I had to pick up a collar, leash, and doggie jersey for the fur babies. Next, we browsed the dog food aisle just to see what kinds of food they carried. They definitely have a large selection of different types of dog foods for your pet's needs. From grain free specialty foods to just your basic dog food, they have it here. Next, we went to browse the doggie care aisle where they have floor/carpet cleaners just in case your fur baby had an accident, shampoos, nail supplies, etc. I was impressed on how many products here they had that contained more natural ingredients than those that did not. Finally we went to look at the cat and small animal aisle. In the cat food section, you will find a very similar array of cat foods like you could find in the dog food area. They also have many different types of cat toys, shampoos, and other miscellaneous cat items just like in the doggie area as well. Their small animal section was also had a large variety of items and they also have bulk food containers here as well. What a way to save money! At Pet Supplies Plus, they also sell fish, they have a cat adoption area (although they did not have a cat at the time), and a self service pet wash. I saw that you could buy a card for 5 washes for $25 dollars. They have everything there you would need to bathe you animal, so I think it's a deal! Not only does Pet Supply Plus have practically everything you could possibly need for any type of pet you may have, but they people who work here are pretty awesome. I have been coming too this place for awhile now. But the last two times I was there. The customer service was horrible. The one time they mistaken my dog for a certain breed and we're very rude. The last time they were very rude to my husband after he used my number to get our dog his very treat. All the other times I have been into this place the customer service was excellent. So I personally think they need to retrain some of the staff on how too treat the customer better. read more

First time I went. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Store is very clean and no odors. Prices are very reasonable and so many choices. As an added bonus, they had a table with free items and a drawing. I was the lucky winner of the drawing. OMG, I couldn't believe what they gave away. This place is just the WORST. No one in there actually knows how to take care of the animals. It's unbelievably unprofessional. i saw 2 dead hamsters in the cages that look like they have been sitting in there for weeks. It was so disgusting, it made me so sick. i went to complain to the staff but they told me this was normal and it happens all the time. It made me very ANGRY. they should be taking good care of the pets that they own in store. I saw a cockroach on the shelf, dog poop left on the floor that i almost STEPPED on, an opened bag of dog food sitting on the shelf with a dirty tennis ball inside, absolutely DISGUSTING. read more

This place was so disappointing!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! We paid for $25 for the punch card for the self serve dog wash. In the middle of shampooing we were informed there was a 30 minute limit (which we had not been told prior to starting) and with a very large dog it takes Longer to get all their coat wet and lathered etc. We offered to have them punch out or charge us for more "slots" so we could finish but we ended up having to leave with a half washed soaking wet dog in the cold. We recently made our first trip to Pet Supplies Plus and immediately realized we'd waited far too long to do so! I was blown away by their customer service, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were aske about our pup on arrival and after mentioning it was his Birthday, they gave him a special treat! Everyone shopping there was noticeably friendly as well, it was apparent that there were many frequent customers and staff's positivity was infused throughout the store. The store was larger than expected and had a TON of pet accessories, toys, and specialty food/treat brands. They also have an awesome self service dog washing station that we'll definitely be returning to use frequently. Their prices were actually lower than expected and much better than some of the large chains or even the small local stores in the area. The were not only able to match an online price of an item online, but genuinely very happy to do so (It was a daily deal being offered online at 50% off the retail price!). It was very apparent the people here are not only pet lovers, but love what they do. We will be back soon! read more
