Was also informed by a lady at the front desk that my kitten was too young to be licensed but I was charged a licensing fee? This place is just a money grab. Management has not been helpful or responsive. I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the future.

First of all, the yoga instructor was very kind and helpful, and I felt her yoga routine was very soothing and easy to follow for all ages. I am not necessarily great at yoga but I found it simple to follow along, and I loved her guided meditation and the soothing music that accompanied the workout. The kittens they had in the room were absolutely the cutest and most darling animals I have ever seen, and if anything it was difficult to focus not because they were disruptive, but of how stinking cute they were! At one point a kitten even jumped on my back while in cat/cow pose, and I caught it on video! The kittens and cats were so friendly and well-behaved, and it is evident they are super comfortable around people. By the end we were even given around 30 minutes of play time with them, which is honestly the best deal since there were not many of us! My chill cat is out in 2 minutes and my squirmy one is out in 3. They've never hurt them or made their nails bleed or anything like that. $15 every few weeks is so worth the girls having soft feet and not having to go through the battle of trimming them at home. Also the staff is so kind. The person working the register every time I am there is so sweet and helpful. The groomer is gentle with them and takes great care of them. Aside from the general stress of taking my cats out of the house, they are treated great at Wag and the staff is calm and gentle and work to keep the cats safe and calm. They've also got a fun selection of toys, snacks, food, and accessories (if you're lucky enough to have a pet that will wear them ). I totally recommend and will continue bringing my girls here until they give me a reason not to (which I don't foresee). I cannot vouch for the other grooming they do because I've only had my cat's nails done, no other services yet.

The fee is modest and you support an organization that is centered on placing Siberian Huskies with families that will support their behaviors. Some of the rescues will have past history that would cause you to reconsider your decision. I suggest performing your homework, be patient and take your time with selecting the right personality, before committing to this important decision.
