I get a phone call that you're going to deliver the crescent rolls in 20 minutes and I said excuse me I don't understand why I'm getting charged seven $6.99 delivery fee when I just bought 60 some dollars worth of groceries and I wasn't charged a service fee because of walmart plus so I think with a misunderstanding I was not under the impression that I would be charged $6.99 for two boxes of crescent rolls. I tried to talk with the AI girl very helpful but no no compassion at all. I was trying to explain to her and I can't afford six dollars or $.99 for delivery for two boxes of rolls. So anyway nothing was solved. I even expressed my feelings that I would possibly stop going with walmart and go with giant or Safeway of course she had nothing to say about that. I'm sorry you're not happy bye-bye so anyway that's where I stand with walmart so you know what they say. You cut off your nose despite your face face anyway I just felt like I should say something. This place is pitiful…read more Starting with the parking lot, dead animal carcasses, and multiple dead rodent bodies smashed into the concrete. More trash on the parking pads than in a dumpster. The carts are filled with trash and the cart carriers bring them in to rot like that. On the inside, it's like opening another can of worms. The stockers completely annihilate the food that goes on the shelves. The can goods are beyond dented. The foods out of date, between rotting/moldy meringue pie being put in the clearance section, unrefridgerated. The candy section is out of date. Cream cheese left on shelves just to rot and be put back in the refrigerator days later. They are constantly out of stock of most items, the workers are lazy, the self checkout have layers of slime on them and could easily be cleaned down but aren't. It's a sad experience to come to this store.

They still do have 3 jewelry stores (one was closed down), 2 shoes stores, Macy's and sears as the big stores, 2 nail salons, and select food but it's not in a food court setting. The food is located on the out skirts of the mall. They have a believe only 2 places inside the mall that have food, which is the pretzel place and a Chinese place. This mall is located off of 22 and 24. So it is in the middle of two busy roads so they do stay busy at certain times of the day and year. If you are in need of some items from certain brands this is your choice, but if want a bigger selection make sure to head to whitemarsh or towson mall!! Fun fact...the mall was built on the Bel air race track!! Thought that was a cool side note!

The former Sears has been demolished and a new building has replaced it, while the former Macy's remains vacant. Businesses have begun to vacate the front of the mall that looks more like a town center style shopping center. The interior of the mall? Clean and well maintained, but there's almost nothing left in it. The center court is a lovely design and very pretty. Overall, this mall is quite lovely and I'm sure at one time it was a good location to shop, but sadly it's time is over.

Five stars minus the low star reviews for everything else from the supercenter it's self I am giving a lower star review than five. The pharmacy works very proficiently as well as everyone there is extremely nice. As for the rest of the super center people are willing to help if you ask, but otherwise ignore you and only do the minimum amount of work required as it seems. The supercenter also has about 15 to 20 terminals for checking people out but only has 1 to 3 open at any given time, otherwise, it's a section for checking yourself out. With that many checkouts and nobody to check you out it's a huge waste of money, space and time. So keep in mind while most of the reviews are low stars it's about the full store, and my higher stars review are more about the pharmacy than the supercenter! I would have given a review to the Pharmacy, but I am going for more than just a pharmacy; I am also going for items in the super center as well; which is why I reviewed the super center!

At 11:15 just before I was leaving to pick up my order, I received the following message: "We're sorry, but we had to cancel your order because of unusually high demand. Slot availability, staffing, and inventory are still fluctuating daily. We know your grocery order is important, and we apologize for letting you down." I was infuriated to say the least!!! I am trying to observe the pandemic "rules". I had no choice but to go into the store to make my needed purchases, but surprisingly, there were a LOT of associates working the isles filling orders!!!! Funny how my slot availability was perfect, even the day before. All the items I had requested, I did, indeed, find in the store so what is with the "inventory...still fluctuating" !!! My past experience has been that this store is always poorly managed personnel-wise. It is not unusual to find only two cashiers working around the lunch time period during the week and there are always lines!!! Customers constantly complain to each other about excessive wait times and poorly stocked shelves!!! The Fallston store is in a prime location that should be managed with pride in service and product availability! So sad that is not the case!!!!

The store's self-pickup area has moved to the front, something I only realized after walking to the back where it used to be. Once there, the process was smooth. The app instructions were clear, and the setup is convenient. Overall, a solid experience with helpful service and a streamlined pickup system.
