Dead mall, there is more rental space than stores. All around depressing to walk through.

This mall is arguably the worst mall that I have been to. I have been to less than stellar malls such as Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt which I just call Greenbelt Mall, and even my childhood favorite mall in Iverson Mall is a shell of its former self. Now, Harford Mall is too dated. I had seen those animal ride toys near the entrance of the mall which is something I have not seen since the 90s and very early 2000s going to the store Ames having those ride on kiddie spring toys like that. The mall is vapid and dull having no energy. The mall does not even want patrons to enjoy and stick around. There are hard chairs and tables flooded in the mall. Most malls have more comfortable seating that is softer and more inviting for people to stick around. The stores do not stand out. Macys was disappointing being so small and limited with not as much flare, depth, and dimension that we are used to having Macys be like. This Macys was surely lacking and did not have it going. The PG Mall Macys is even way better in Hyattsville, and I am not a fan of that one either like that, but it is close to me distance wise for convenience. A lot of the stores are abandoned. I know Covid put a hurting on this mall. The stores still surviving are stores that are not of interest to most people. This mall still has a FYE store with DVDs and other items that are dated and not of interest to a lot of people. Other specialty stores such as a store that sells crystals might be interesting but was dead and empty. Not too many people are going to shell out hundreds of dollars for color rocks, unless you are an archaeologist/geologist or something, but the average person isn't going in there. There is no food court just generic fast food places sprinkled in. Friendly's is in the mall too but just ain't having much going on there too. This mall needs major revitalization or just needs to be scrapped and shutdown altogether. read more

Bathrooms are in total disrepair. Latches missing, no TP and doors won't shut. As if that wasn't enough the cleaners don't exist. It's a pig pen. Total disaster. More that half the stores are closed, not really selection. Security sucks and service is lackluster. This place has lost all real value. read more

We really wanted to like this Garibaldi's place. Sadly, nothing here is noteworthy. Not sure how a pizza sauce could be any more tasteless. Seems like they just purée tomatoes without adding any spices, sugar, garlic, oregano, or anything else. BLAND, Bland, bland. On a positive note, The pizza crust was pretty good, and they have the oven temp dialed in for just enough crunch/crisp on the underside, but that is probably all we can say. Let's face it, Harford Mall is a dead zone these days. I hope this guy survives, but unless he reworks his sauce recipe, he will fail. Your stomach says fill up on the pretzel bites in the mall, and avoid this place. read more

Need a place to shop for chain store clothing, well this may satisfy some of those needs but more than likely not all. If I had to take a guess I believe they have about 30 stores altogether. Don't quote me on that. Several stores have closed and been re-purposes here. There just to be a Hollister, old navy, rue 21, PAC-sun, Aeropostale and probably more that I can't think of at the moment. They still do have 3 jewelry stores (one was closed down), 2 shoes stores, Macy's and sears as the big stores, 2 nail salons, and select food but it's not in a food court setting. The food is located on the out skirts of the mall. They have a believe only 2 places inside the mall that have food, which is the pretzel place and a Chinese place. This mall is located off of 22 and 24. So it is in the middle of two busy roads so they do stay busy at certain times of the day and year. If you are in need of some items from certain brands this is your choice, but if want a bigger selection make sure to head to whitemarsh or towson mall!! For starters, I don't even think Harford Mall can be considered a "Mall." It's more like a Harford Place or a Harford Center. Definitely not a mall. There's no food court. No food options inside the mall at all really, except for some off brand pretzel place. Most of the stores inside are closed and the ones that they do have nobody really cares about. I mean, they have an FYE for Christ sake! I totally thought they went out of business a decade ago. Talk about housing an ancient relic. Unbelievable. read more

There are better malls out there, but then again, malls are dying out. Stopped by here for three places; 1.For Pure Raw Juice(First time, smoothies are pretty good) 2. For Spencer's(Great customer service) 3.For F.Y.E. From what i've seen coming here for the first time,(2 Saturdays ago) it is very small,(Not counting the outside stores, which makes it a bit better.) aImost on par with Westminster mall, however it does have a Hot Topic and as mentioned before, Spencers, which i like. So funny thing is that this mall don't have much. There is not a big crowd or anything. From reading the reviews everyone feels that this place is boring. Please let me tell you... They have THE BEST Victoria Secret and Pink store here. So if you are looking for something in particular... You might find it here. They also have a Macy's and Macy's is a hit or miss depending on where you go. I will continue to shop here. read more

This is one of the most basic and boring malls I have been too. First of all this mall has no food court, just some restaurants sprinkled around. Second of all the mall is shaped really stupid like a cross so you have to go back and forth, up and down isles looking stupid to get to stores. Third of all they have no quality stores here! American eagle, a Victoria's Secret, and PacSun are the only stores worth going to, the others are off brand cheap looking stores that appears to sell hand-me-downs. Trust me when I say just don't even come to this mall it's horrible. read more

This mall was always there when you need it. It has the basics so if you need a new pair of pants or something to wear to a random nice party, you can pick something up. It has been loosing stores lately - no more Old Navy and Hollister. It still has a Macy's and Sears along with American Eagle and Pac Sun. There is no food court here (RIP old food court) but there a few places to eat like Red Robin and Qdoba. Nothing too quick though. It's really just an okay mall, not really a destination like some other malls (Towson or Christiana are way better). read more

Used to thrive...how times have changed. Wish this mall was better. I think that maybe if better brands moved in they could get business again but when you're competing with the white marsh and Towson malls which offer a lot more, the few stores left don't stand a chance. Giving 4 stars because the music is good and so few people I feel like the apocalypse has happened and I secured the mall as my refuge. That should be a movie. I didn't have any problem getting waited on because no one was busy. It was very clean inside. I saw a guy sweeping a spotless floor. read more

Harford mall is the smallest mall i have ever been to... It has a few stores, and I only go to it if I am too lazy to drive to white marsh or towson town center. Food choices are limited since there isn't an actual food court but a few restaurants strewn here and there. read more

This mall has the basics. It's nothing compared to white marsh or Towson malls to be honest. However, since it's the only mall in the county, and after driving to white marsh 5 days a week for work, I generally don't feel like taking that 30 minute drive on the weekends just to go shopping. If you don't need to go to any speciality stores, then you'll be fine at this mall. But if you're looking for more, take the extra drive. read more

This mall is tiny. This place is not for shopping! It takes less than 5 min to walk from one end to the other ( it's in the layout of "+"). They may have some clothes for highschoolers but that's about it. If you are a young professional, the only plc for you are vs, ny&c and macys with limited collection. This is the first time I have seen a single floor macys. In this tiny establishment, they have a lot of optical centers, hair and nail salons. Don't bother coming here to shop, but come here for the beauty services. read more

This place was cool when I was in middle school but it's really sad now. More than half of the mall doesn't even have stores anymore. I used to work at rue 21 and they were only open for about a year. This place is dead. read more

This mall consists of the bare bones... It doesn't even open until 10 AM. It has two department stores and an old navy... and a few other good clothing stores for young working women like NY & Co. read more

My mother lives in Bel Air and I went to Harford Mall to try and get some last minute stuff before Christmas and I didn't want to drive to White Marsh or Townson. The mall is pretty small and they have some basic stores like: Macy's, Sears, Victoria Secret, Bath & Body Works and Hollister (I think). So, you can get something for almost everyone but it still doesn't have the selection of White Marsh or Townson. I would suggest going here if you know exactly what you need and they have the store, that way you will avoid the bigger crowds at the bigger malls. read more

It's the world's tiniest mall and you've seen everything in ten minutes, but it's relaxing, has nice stores, and no obnoxious teens. The nearby White Marsh is bigger, but I've seen better. It could use an expansion and become a more viable option. read more
