    U.S.S. Constellation

Harborplace is a festival marketplace  located on the Inner Harbor. It has the Pratt Street Pavilion and the Light Street Pavilion. Both of the pavilions have two stories. It has both chain stores and restaurants like Forever 21, Urban Outfitter, Bubba Gump's, Hooters, Etc... And it has some local stores selling things specific to Maryland like Crabby Jack's General Store. I was looking forward to seeing the street performers that my fellow Yelpers talked about but it was a pretty rainy day when I was there so they were nowhere to be seen. The U.S.S. Constellation, the last sailing navel war ship is docked there and is really an awesome piece of history to behold! The Inner Harbor is a go to destination when in Baltimore. It's a great place to hang out with family and friends!

I thought the location was really sketch and it had gone downhill since I've been here but the people in here are so nice/heartwarming and have hearts of gold. I had too much stuff and my young kid wouldnt go down the escalator without me so this lady who happen to be nearby matter of factly took his hand and rode him down the escalator and wouldnt accept a word of thanks. I read that they are going to develop this thing into a community center hub. GOOD. This neighborhood deserves it.

I even felt like I could "mall walk" for exercise here because it's the perfect length from one end to the other for "mall walking". I'm not going to lie though, I thought this mall was going to be gheeeettto because of everything I've heard and because it's in Baltimore; while the people, for the most part are nice, the city is a big ghetto. My apologies if I offended anyone but it's true. They have nice parts but the urban areas which is most of the city are depressing to look at. Really wish they would remodel the buildings, houses, streets, etc.
