I notice in all the bad reviews here for the last 2 years the standard reply is basically " Thanks for letting us know" I've stopped here 3 times on the way to OC and have probably only spent about $150 because there really isn't a decent place to eat to keep you going enough to want to shop all that long. You have pretzels, chain pizza, coffee or water ice. The sushi place wasn't open twice this summer. Thats your options. If they had a couple of sit down restaurants maybe you'd see groups of shoppers hanging around. You never do. The prices aren't what I consider outlet pricing either. So, I save my money and bring it to PA outlet shopping which is better and where clothing is tax free. read more

They have a great set of stores including Tommy Bahama, Nautica, Adidas, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers and more. There are amazing restaurants nearby including the Fisherman's inn. Easy in, easy out with great stores and great deals. We continue to go back because of the high quality of service and salection. read more

I stopped by the Queenstown Premium Outlets on the way back to Baltimore, and it was all right. There were a couple of stores that I didn't mind going into while I was looking for new clothes for my new job (Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic Factory, etc.), but most stores weren't stores that would have work clothes. It definitely feels like an old outlet mall. It has a variety of stores (some high end, some more affordable), but it's just an average at best outlet mall. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go again. read more

I live in New Zealand....A Hong Kong person is using your name calling themselves. QUEENSTOWN OUTLET......and purporting to be a legit clothing outlet in New Zealand. The clothes are awful and when you cancel you order the same time you made it within 30 mins they still take your money (how as I didnt put in my Credit card details).....You go to the bank to file dispute and about 2 weeks later they send their crap stuff anyway ...making it a job for you to pay to send it back as Bank requires that....so the expense and inconvenience must put most people off so...they take you money and get rid of their rubbish...they advertise on Facebook....so many of them ....changing the name fro m time to time to fool us....but same clothes appear...all disgusting. We always enjoy the occasional trip across the Bay Bridge to hit the outlets. The assortment of shops is pretty good, but I feel it focuses more on the high end clothing shop than much else. However, there is always a good deal to be had at the Yankee candle shop or Bath & Body Works. We noticed on our trip today that the Pepperidge farm shop was no longer there. That was quite a disappointment because it was one of the reasons we wanted to go. True, I should have checked the website to see if it was still there but I didn't think I would have any reason to assume it was not. Regardless, if you are heading to the Eastern shore it's definitely worth making a stop; if for no other reason than to get some exercise in and enjoy a nice day. read more

Very good outlets right after the Bay Bridge and the first Outlets after it until you get to the beach, and west the first place since the Clarksburg Outlets. They have plenty of outlets - Coach, Brooks Brothers, Polo, and Nike. There are also a couple food places inside this complex. The problem is getting in and out of the place with having to cross and make a left turn in and across a four lane highway that is always very busy with beach traffic. THIS IS THE LAST STOP FOR GOOD SHOPPING BEFORE REHOEBETH BEACH!!! Don't even think about the outlets in ocean city - they are awful. read more

The outlet mall has a nice selection of stores, even if the excitement from years ago has evaportated. Not every store has competitive prices but I can usually find bargains. I like the Columbia store. Clark's shoes also had a varied selection and actual "sales." It is worth looking at the web site before you go. Otherwise you might be disappointed if you were expected a certain store. If you sign up for the newsletter, you can get free coupons. read more

This outlet has a variety of stores from moderate priced to high end. We found VF Outlet offered very economical prices during Memorial Day holiday weekend. A pair of women's Lee dress slacks was on sale for $4.97 and a pair of boy's Lee jeans was on sale for $5.97. This is cheaper than going to Walmart! There is now a sit down restaurant called Squisito offering pizza and pasta. We did not get a chance to try. The restrooms near the restaurant are old and worn out. All other parts of shopping center are maintained well so management should renovate restrooms too. read more

This is a good place for discount shopping. From kitchen supplies, to clothing, shoes, and sporting shops they really have it all. These outlets used to be much nicer! They have a reduced selection now. Sad. Some of the storefronts are not rented which makes it feel like a sparse strip mall. Hard to find dress cloths, mainly casual clothes What is a little disappointing though is some great stores have left like J A Banks and Chesapeake Shop and others have left. These outlets have an OK selection of stores, but not the best. Some of the stores aren't even outlet stores, so completely defeats the purpose of coming here. We stopped by a couple months ago and the it wasn't too busy which was a huge plus. Stores all seemed clean and well-maintained, but bathrooms could use some work. I would honestly never go out of my way to come shop here unless it was literally on the way to our main destination. read more

Torn between a 3-4 but will go with a 3 because the bathrooms are always a bad experience. I think of this place as a rundown outlet, even though the stores are generally nice and there is ample parking. Trying to pinpoint why I felt that way, I guess it's that a lot of the side of the buildings are pretty gross when you drive in (needs a good power washing) and the public bathrooms are terrible and desperately in need of a renovation. That being said, they have plenty of stores that have good deals and have a good selection. I recently went here and then to Tanger Oulets in Oxon Hill, and felt that Queenstown was about the same in terms of selection and deals (maybe even a little better sometimes). The last factor that left a bad taste in my mouth was the free coupon book you're supposed to get if you check in on Yelp - interested in a walk while my family was shopping, I figured I'd go pick it up. Not so easy! The management office is hidden in a disgusting dark little hallway back BEHIND one of the rows of stores. It was very difficult to find (no signage) and once I got there I discovered a sign that said open only Saturday Sunday, and to pick up coupon books at Tommy Hilfiger or Tommy Bahamas. I went to Tommy Hilfiger and she gave me the book without even looking at the app, so my huge trek around the whole outlet seemed to be for no good reason. I hate outlets...I hate shopping. I hate everything related to shopping that doesn't include food or electronics. Now that you know a little bit more about me, let me tell you that on a day with nice weather, I didn't mind stopping at this outlet. They had some stores that kept me entertained with food products and others such as the LL Bean store which appealed to my manly "let me go camping, kill something and cook it on an open fire" side. Plus, stopping here was a great way to kill some time until we headed to our favorite crab shack to open a few miles down the road. And you know, the most important thing about this place to remind all you other married stiffs: Happy wife mean happy life... Yep, the wife enjoyed stopping here and it made her day. This meant a happy fatboy (me) and a content wife with thoughts of Gucci bags and other foo-foo fancy stuff dancing in her pretty little head while she slept for the rest of the trip home. Thanks Prime Outlets, yoooz okay in my book. This Yelp listing needs to be updated. Queenstown is now a Premium Outlet, the best there is. Yep, I'm biased because I've gone to so many of these outlets and they ALWAYS have the best designer stores with the best selections. Prime, not so much. Anywhoo, I was happy to see they made the switch because I'm a VIP club member (https://www.premiumoutlets.com/vip/) which basically means you get MORE $$$ discounted in select stores. It's free and easy to sign up online before you make the trip across the Bay Bridge. You can imagine that I've found some good deals at this outlet shopping center. Juicy Couture, BCBG, Gucci, Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Banana Republic, J. Crew, PacSun. All the top brand designer and mall stores filled with the serious shopper's fantasy savings and discounts. For the most popular makeup brands, check out the Cosmetics Company Store (they have MAC!). For gourmet foods and chocolates, try out Harry & David. And for baked goods for 1/2 the price or more, stop by the Pepperidge Farm outlet store. It's usually not too crowded even on a weekend, unlike Arundel Mills. I'm guessing they get most of their traffic from regulars in the Annapolis area. I don't know why, but no one I tell about these stores ever knew it was there. Probably why it was sold to Premium Outlets, which does a great job at marketing and has an awesome website. The next closest Premium Outlet in the area is all the way out in Hagerstown. This is one takes me 40 minutes tops to get to and is well worth the short trip. read more

This is a nice open air outlet mall and it's closer to me than Arundel Mills. Plus it's safer than Arundel Mills and doesn't have the traffic, crowds, or the rift raft. I stick to the Polo side and make my way down to Kate Spade and Quiksilver then I'm done. Just discovered a BBQ place next to Yankee Candle...going to save my appetite next time... smelled really good. read more

Bottom Line: A great place for stylish apparel and most enjoyable if you skip the busy times. This is a nice outlet center with access from US50 and US301. The outlet center is fairly large with many retail stores but very few options for food. Expect it to be ridiculously packed in the summer when Ocean City vacationers need a break from the Bay Bridge traffic. I've been to other Premium Outlet centers that have outlets like Theory, Barney's and Tumi. I found the stores here to be more run of the mill like Nike, Under Armor, Chico's, Nautica, Coach, Gymboree, etc. In many cases, the merchandise sold at the stores is specifically made for the outlet store and not seconds or past season, like they all used to be. For food, the choices here are Subway or Subway. Yes, that pretty much sums it up but there is an Auntie Anne's and a few food trucks. Basically the choices are sadly dismal given the size of the shopping center. read more

Definitely struck gold coming here on Black Friday. The sales were insane! They have a huge variety of stores that I like such as Kate Spade, Old Navy, Nike, and Adidas. The layout is a tad bit different from other outlets malls I've been too. It reminded more of a shopping center than a outlet mall. Parking was tricky too. We had to park on the street. Other than that, I enjoyed my shopping experience here. Definitely worth the drive over the bridge. read more

Parking was CRAZY I got a great sale yesterday for Black Friday. Nike was on point with the purchase of 4 pairs of shoes for 112 dollars. Adidas on the other hand had shorts on sale for 9.78 so I got 6 pairs of shorts and 3 pairs of pants for a total of $150. Overall, we made out with some great deals. My shopping partner got a 248 dollar Kate Spade backpack for 68 dollars. A wristlet for 33 dollars that was originally priced at 120 and a 90 dollar wallet for only 20 dollars. Their is also a local Maryland Wine bar that has some delicious blends and a reasonably priced tasting of 8 different wines. I left with a purchase of the house white blanc, white blend, and merlot. Unfortunately the kitchen store was sold out of double boilers. Otherwise all purchases were worth the hour and eight minute drive. read more

UPDATE: Went back in December 2014 (about 2 weeks before Christmas) and the Gucci store was gone. Nothing there to replace it yet. It's just a empty unit with blacked-out windows. ******************************************************** Not bad. Worth a visit if you are in the area, or just passing through. Plenty of parking, Well lit. Lots of store for a variety of tastes. Not too many restrooms though. The Kate Spade store was the best. The ladies that work there are not only incredibly helpful, but they are super friendly and a lot of fun. I appreciate that they do not follow patrons around the store (can't say the same for the Gucci store, but anyway...). Instead, they ask you if you need anything and are there right away if you do. I came in during the Friends and Family sale and got a designer bag for a seriously discounted price. SCORE! But, shhhhh.. don't tell anybody! The Kitchen Store was great too. For months I've been looking for a cake tester stick and after checking at least 20 different stores this was the ONLY place that had it. They had a few cleaning accessories for the new Lodge cast iron grill pan I just bought too (which would make cleaning the grill side of it so much easier). Lots of nice things for the home chef in your life. The Sketchers store had a few cute things inside. Worth a look. I'm not really sure what the Pepperidge Farm store was for. There was all kinds of stuff in there that was not made by Pepperidge Farm. And it was packed wall to wall... a little overwhelming. I wasn't in there long. I didn't get a chance to check out the Coach store, so I'll definitely be back sometime soon read more

My wife and I enjoyed stopping here on the way back to Washington DC from St Michael's. There are quite a few stores, most of which offered what appeared to be good sales despite there being no reason for a sales weekend. Parking was accessible on our Sunday afternoon visit, although it could have been the result of a rainy weekend. There isn't significant overhead protection to prevent a person from getting wet as they traverse the stores and from one series of buildings to the next. There weren't a lot of food places that I saw, not that we were looking for them, although I did see Auntie Anne's. I wanted to visit the bathroom before leaving and had to walk around a building (set of stores) in the rain to eventually find a map to locate one. Not the best outlet mall I've visited but a cozy stop if time permits. read more

I like traditional outlet malls--walking around outdoors on a nice sunny day, figuring out a path that's not "traipse around in a giant circle" (I'm looking at you, Arundel Mills), and finding deals on brand names (not just the made-for-outlet stuff). Queenstown had been on my to-check-out list for a while, but I simply hadn't had the opportunity until one weekend when both the hubs and I were free and up for a drive. And, lordy, a drive it is from downtown Baltimore. It was over an hour on a Sunday afternoon + $4 cash toll on the way there... that bridge is beautiful, but, wow, what a traffic jam! At any rate, I was hoping the mini road trip would be worth it since they at least have Brooks Brothers and Tommy Bahamas there (I guess Gucci had already taken its leave), but it was only so-so, IMHO. I think I'd rather just shop online and/or at the retail stores, and that's the feeling I got from every store we looked into. The deals weren't exactly anything to write home about, and perhaps I've been spoiled by my one true love, Wrentham Outlets, but this outlet didn't dazzle me. For a "Premium" Outlet, there was a dearth of the premium stores. However, we did find what we had originally come for--a pair of polarized tortoiseshell wayfarers with colorful reflective lenses (what can I say? my man has extremely particular tastes)--which we found at the Nautica Store, as well as a few other goodies for our upcoming honeymoon at a few other shops, so it wasn't a complete bust. Overall, though, I think I'd save my pennies and my petrol for something either closer or further with more options as this out-of-the-way option was merely A-OK. read more

Stored are decent and you'll find those brand store names. However, they need lot of improvement. 1) bathroom line is out of control at all times and so dirty. Cold water doesn't come on and the hot water is boiling hot which was hard to wash our hands after using their dirty bathrooms. So we resorted to their hand sanitizer that stationed outside. 2) seriously, no decent food place than subway. They had a hotdog stand which was overly expensive and yucky. Then the kabob food truck-didn't have half the stuff on their menu and once finally decided to order, they said they have to close for 30 minutes to prepare vegetables. 3) so many security guards so I don't know if I feel safe or concerned. read more

I love this outlet stop so convenient to get to from various parts of Maryland and easy flow of stores to get around usually great sales. Just decided to spend money again supporting retail after 5 months of being indoors and stores closing. I'm an avid shopper. However I went into "the cosmetic store " here and the sales ladies were absolutely rude and horrible. All 3 basically treated me like I shouldn't have ever come into the store. No worries I won't ever again. Even my 7 yr old said dad why were those ladies so mean??? A sad but awful experience. Then when they emphasized their products were Estée Lauder only, when I inquired about a special product they didn't have, it all made sense. Oh well so much for helping the economy!!! read more

The Queenstown Outlets have certainly undergone quite a transformation to what they used to be back in the day. On my way back to BWI, my mom and I stopped in because there were a few stores that looked interesting to me - the Polo Outlet and the J.Crew outlet. Although I would have liked to check out more, we were on a limited time schedule since we also wanted to stop at the Annapolis Mall. There are quite a selection of stores -- Michael Kors, J.Crew, Polo, Banana Republic, Nike, Coach, and even Kate Spade. However, the person who decided that having a traffic circle around a cluster of shops with 20 yards of space for cars to get on/off Rt. 50 should be fired as a traffic planner for projects like this. Seriously! No one on Delmarva knows how to operate a rotary and a series of one-ways with turning traffic when cars are coming on and off Rt. 50 (especially during the summer) is absolutely treacherous. So if you're looking for an easy way in/out of the Outlets, park all the way down by the Chesapeake Grourmet because there is a little entrance back to Rt. 50 (west bound). In terms of shopping, the selection isn't bad. But if you're on your way to/from the beaches, I would make it a point to shop at the Rehoboth Beach outlets because it is tax free and much more easier to navigate. read more

Polo outlets are always great. Stock up on socks, boxers and traditional polos in a variety of colors for about half of what you would pay at Macy's. Nike outlet is hit or miss. Just scored some Dunks for $50 in good colors. Nice! Oh yeah, there are a bunch of other stores there too and its location is convenient when traveling to or from the beach from DC / Baltimore area. read more

Not only are the stores here outlets, but they all have sales going on, on top of the already low(er) prices. Some favorites: 1) Banana Republic. Today's score: 50% off already low priced denim. Got myself some nice new post-pregnancy jeans (read: permanently bigger hips = need new pants). Hubs scored with some nice t's for around $8. Wheee! 2) Kate Spade. I didn't even know Kate Spade DID outlets!! Accessories, some clothes, and omg, the bags. THE BAGS. 3) Coach outlet. See above comment re: Kate Spade bags. 4) J. Crew. 5) Loft 6) Old Navy.....which is already cheap, so Old Navy outlet is like everything for pennies. Ok, not pennies, but you know. 7) Under Armor. (Not my favorite, haha, but my husband and father in law liked it and found some good deals) 8) Ralph Lauren I'm forgetting some goodies, I know. OH there is a GUCCI outlet (what?!?!). I haven't gone in but I am definitely intrigued and want to venture back to see what it's all about. I wish there were more places to grab a bite...there is Auntie Anne's (which pretty much adds several lbs to your waistline just looking at those things) and a Rita's, but, that is about it (that I saw, anyway).
