The noodles were flavored and multicolored and the macaroni salad seemed to be a hit. We also could not resist these weird spongy blue sour egg shaped candies because Jeremy loves blue Raspberry anything. He's been trying to get me to try one ever since because it's a texture sensation, but not necessarily in a good way. But we love to share experiences and make fun of the bad ones, so I may relent at some point. We signed up for their loyalty program and received an instant discount. And there's already a coupon waiting for me in my email box. That'll come in handy when we return to buy a bunch of unusual international snacks for Jeremy's little brother's upcoming birthday.

About three weeks later they called me and said everything was in stock and I could go pick it up. I decided to rent a van just incase it was too large for my vehicle. When I arrived, they told me the nightstand wasn't there and I wasn't too happy. The warehouse and this Ashley Store that I bought it from said they would deliver the night stand to my house. I didn't want to take off work so I asked them to delivery it to the store which was 15 minutes away from my work. They stated the night stand would be in stock on 8/11 and someone would call me. Well no one ever called me so I got tired of waiting and made the three hour round trip back to Brandywine on 8/15. When I got the night stand home and took it out of the box and noticed some type of factory defect on the front of the top drawer. I took the drawer to this Ashley Store where I made the purchase and was told by Liz, the "Manager" that I had to drive all the way back down to Brandywine again. I told them I wasn't willing to do this after they've already inconvienced me twice. Liz, the "Manager" again told me there nothing they can do. I asked her to just order me another night stand and I would swap out the drawer and send it back. This makes a lot of sense and something I would expect out of any Customer Service. Again, Liz, the "Manager" said she couldn't do that because I told her I was going to swap the drawer out. Of course, I would do that because the drawer I got was defective. In the end, Liz, the "Manager" did absolutely NOTHING for me the customer after spending $1500 in their store. I had to call the corporate office to get this taken care of. What I don't understand is why ME, the customer is doing all the work to get a problem resolved that I did not cause. In the end, some way, I will either get another night stand or a new drawer for the one I have. I've never experienced such incompetence before. Where are the adults in this store? One additional thing I'd to point out, the Ashley Furniture Store and the Regency Furniture Warehouse in Brandywine, Md. like to point fingers at each other, neither wants any accountability. That is something children do.

Thank you, thank you to these great business owners. We purchased a coffee table from here a few…read moreweeks ago and they were wonderfully personable and very helpful throughout the experience. We did not have a vehicle that could move the table, but since we lived in the neighborhood right around the corner they were willing to load it into the van and drop it at our apartment when they closed up at the end of the night. Truly awesome and did not make us feel like it was a hassle at all. We will look forward to shopping there again. They seem to run sales on their items regularly and the stock on the floor turns over weekly in sections. They have lots of big items, but also tons of smaller and/or cheaper novelty and fine art items and gifts.
