We ordered organic and we asked many questions about it but when we got it the cement drive was stained. I called him back to say you told me the drive would not stain with organic natural. I said come look. He did and admitted they had labeled the stuff wrongly. The delivery man gave us the wrong stuff. Now we are going to have the mulch examined to see if it has the mulch mite. We have had to take the stuff up and rent a uhaul truck to haul it to the dump.

Customer service was horrible, with the exception of two employees…read more Example we were back where the chicken feed was and my wife had a question about some feed there was a guy that was talking to a young lady and he made eye contact with me but never acknowledge me or said I'll be with you in a minute. So we waited he followed the woman to the middle of the aisle and had a personal conversation while we needed help he looked at me a second time and I made eye contact and he didn't do anything so we got what we thought we needed and left the aisle. One of the two cashiers was very cold the other one was really nice. One of the other employees helped us with a humidifier, she was extremely nice and helpful with it. We do like the store however,it's a very cold place to shop, we will not go there unless we absolutely have to, we wil head down to Tractor Supply where we by the way were greeted when we came in the door. I rarely give a bad review but this was our second visit and the same unwelcome reception.
