Initially, I was told another family was meeting him and to call back. When I followed up, I was told the adoption was likely going through and to check again later. On my next call, I was told that family had backed out, that I was next in line, and that my application would be reviewed with a callback later that day or Monday. I never received that call. After following up again, I was suddenly told my application would not be considered because I live about 8 hours away. This policy was never mentioned in any prior conversations. Had it been communicated upfront, it would have saved a lot of time and effort. What was most concerning was the way the situation was handled. When I asked for clarification, the response became rude and unprofessional, and my concerns were dismissed. I fully understand that shelters have policies in place for adoptions, but clear communication and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect either.

I used to come here and get my dog groomed but he is a handful and I warned them before hand. The…read morelast time I brought him there I found a chipped nail which I had to file or it would have ripped farther down his claw, plus they forgot to put his seresto collar on him which they said when I called they could not find. So I ordered a new one. fHe had a bit of matting by his ear and they cut that off which i TOLD them not to do. Not sure if it was a week or two later they called that they found it. Seriously ??!!! This is a great place to buy food, treats, collars etc but don't use the grooming services
