There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

She looked at my with a lie on her face, and told me that they no longer at that so on their computer. The next day I went to customer service, and there was a different person there. She looked up my bill for me, and because it took a while for the computer to load. She found me walking out the store, and proceeded to tell me about my bill. A group of me and my friends went to look and buy strictly swimsuits. They proceeded to pressure her and make her be searched with no parental consent and they found nothing. Before we could speak to her they came to us and told us that she HAD stole and tried to get us to admit to something we didn't do. Then proceeded to not let our friend buy anything even though she didn't steal! They kicked her out immediately. Then made us all leave immediately, after her. We were supervised being checked out and watched like we had done something wrong. Then the security lady as I was trying to make sure I got my security tag removed makes a petty comment and says, "yeah she's making sure she's not stealing". Basically don't shop here if you don't want to be searched and kicked out for no reason.
