There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

Jcpenny and Macy's are still there but very few shopping. In Penny's only saw 1 employee in the whole place and they were at the downstairs register. Only 1 open in 3 levels. How are people not robbing them blind. At Macy's they had a few ladies covering the perfume area but no customers. Sadly everything is going to online shopping and that makes buying fragrance a gamble. But from what we saw I'd say the mall is at risk of closing.

The prices on those items were steep. Most of the larger household items like furniture or home maintenance essentials were visibly damaged. Lots of "ding and scratch" products. I wasn't very impressed with the prices, there were some bargains, yes. But plenty of the products were above the price point of other off price stores in the area. I also found a couple of health and beauty products that were labeled "not for sale in the USA" (see pictures) do with that what you may, but I was hesitant due to the uncertainty of the ingredients. Overall, if you're looking for an off-price store for various products, this would probably fit the bill. Is it the best? No. It's alright.
