There are a decent amount of good stores (American Eagle, Soma, Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kendra Scott, Bath & Body Works, Books & Co.) and some okay restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Cheesecake Factory, The Pub, Coronado Taco), but there is a lot of empty restaurants as well as random stores. The two main nicest restaurants are now gone so you are only left with one higher end steak house. They definitely need to figure out how to revitalize the area. Parking is ample.

How are people not robbing them blind. At Macy's they had a few ladies covering the perfume area but no customers. Sadly everything is going to online shopping and that makes buying fragrance a gamble. But from what we saw I'd say the mall is at risk of closing.
