franchise owner never takes accountability for anything!! i had a no show at all and have cameras in my yard to prove a no show and he continued to say over and over his tech did evem to say i was coming out of my house with a kid i have no kids and never left that day, my one dog got giridia and camo both parasites that dogs get from contaminated fleeces and raw meat my dogs nor i go anywhere!! and he said they put tools in a bucket of bleach the same bucket all day!!! and still no vet bill paid or meds and even my vet and others said that would of been the only way was for it to be brought in my yard!! i told him not to send out the same tech as he was never hear longer than 5 to maybe 10 min again i have cameras and after switching just after a week of clean up to a new company for 3 small dogs!! below is what they cleaned up!!! do better franchise owner and take accountably read more

I have used this service for almost 2 years now and I am overall pleased. I cannot physically do this myself due to injury so I am appreciative that this service even exists. I see some of the reviews about service interruptions and I did notice changes but overall this is a great deal for what they do. For the past year our cleanup day was on Mondays and now it switched to Thursdays. That was after a year though and since we are flexible my husband now mows on Thursdays. That was our only big change in time and if there is inclement weather I get a text about when they will next come. I'm assuming getting young people to scoop poop consistently is pretty hard, lol, but we have had the same tech for a while now and she is really friendly and professional. Seriously though this is a great company, the owners seem to really care and I literally cant think of any complaints. I've never been a customer to this company, but my partner recently was hired on as an employee. On his first day he went in at 8am and after about an hour or two he started puking. He told a person he was working with about it and they told him to push through his 8-4pm shift. As an employer, if your employee is physically sick why would you make them continue to work? They made absolutely no attempt to help him while he was visibly sick. He was eventually dropped off at a gas station an hour away from his car because they didn't even have the decency to take him back to their company. Again, I'm not a customer to this company but if you are I would consider switching to somewhere that treats their employees better.
