He came home with nothing on him trimmed except his back end, which looked choppy and rough. His face, sides and paws weren't touched at all. He was there for 1 1/2 hours. They charged $55 for basically doing nothing. I would not take any pet to this groomer.

I tried their auto ship service because it was a few dollars cheaper. But it's not worth the headache. I will be returning to Chewy. I have never had any issues with their auto ship service.

I am a 6+ years experienced and insured dog groomer and certified canine esthetician. 3 1/2 of those years I have owned my own grooming salon in Lancaster, Ohio. I believe as a groomer, it is important to form a trust and bond between myself and my canine clientele, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere to give them the best grooming experience while in my care. That is why I only work with one dog at a time, unless they are multiple dogs from the same family. I use only salon quality luxury shampoos and conditioners tailored to your dog's specific needs for healthy skin and coat. Prices are based on size and coat condition of each dog. Since I work out of my home, I am open by appointment only and am extremely flexible on days and times that work best for each client. I am located at 986 Manhattan Ave, Dayton. You can book an appointment by calling or texting (937)751-0131. I look forward to meeting new furry friends here in Dayton!
