He came home with nothing on him trimmed except his back end, which looked choppy and rough. His face, sides and paws weren't touched at all. He was there for 1 1/2 hours. They charged $55 for basically doing nothing. I would not take any pet to this groomer.

One dog still had sticky red residue on his chin from a slushie that he got into days prior and the other still smelled bad (not like he normally does after his grooming). I also explicitly asked for one dog's tail not to be touched and they cut it anyway. While inside waiting for our dogs, a woman in the back was heard screaming, "Shut the f^*+ up" presumably to dogs who were barking. I now worry that my dogs have not been treated well and that is why they have recently started shaking and not wanting to enter when we arrive. We would not return to this business regardless, but we also requested a refund as the services. they were paid for were not completed or not done well. The business refused.

I took him to Kenzie's K9 Design (who was VERY responsive to Yelp messages for a quote) and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. I told them I was okay with even shaving him (regardless of that not being ideal for double coated dogs) because of how matted he was in spots. They didn't need to! They gave him back to me happy, clean, trimmed, and with all his undercoat blown out. By far the most thorough grooming he's ever had because even a week later he's not shedding everywhere like he did even after a trip to our old groomers. I will most definitely be bringing him back for his next grooming sesh.

The cuts are…read moreuneven; there are full patches of hair that were missed that can be EASILY seen; the nails are all uneven; the pads and paws weren't addressed at all. My two small dogs are incredibly well behaved, ESPECIALLY at the grooming salon. They've both been getting groomed professionally for 2 & 6 years. Their normal groomer just graduated from college and accepted a job in her field and my dogs needed some TLC ASAP. Kenzie's had same day availability and now I understand why. I dropped my dogs off at about 11:15 am and received a call at 1 pm that they were ready--THE fastest groom I have ever witnessed. I picked them up and was stunned. After getting them home, I realized they were still dirty. My dog gets anxious and poops when he's in new places--there was still poop on his butt & tail from when I dropped them off less than 2 hours earlier. I immediately sent photos and videos to my long-time groomer and she assumed I groomed them myself. She was SHOCKED to hear that I paid for these services and started noticing that they didn't even look like they were cleaned or even. I've tried calling the salon to discuss these issues but have been unable to reach them. I'm absolutely appalled at this service and would never recommend anyone take their dogs to this establishment.
