They cut his hair short, not shaved, just nice and short and he looked amazing. So I took our dog, who is a mutt and had hair that he loses all year, but worse in the summer. Every single thing about it was phenomenal. I had to cancel my first appointment because my pipsqueak hurt his paw. I totally appreciated that they were genuinely concerned about him (and they had yet to meet my little heartbreaker) and called back when they promised to so that I could reschedule. When we finally made it in they were so friendly! They got to know my baby and I was certain that I was leaving him in good hands. They made an effort to make sure they knew what I was expecting and when I went to pick the little squirt up he looked PERFECT. I liked the little report cards that they sent home too. My little man got an A+. Just what every mama wants to hear. I also totally loved that they called me to check on him a few days later. I can tell you that we will definitely be back!!!!

I have one dog who does not like to get a bath so finding the right groomer is a challenge. The ladies at Fairborn Pet Grooming are amazing! They are so nice and they were very patient with my nervous dog. Yesterday I took them in for a flew treatment (yuck, I know!) and again they were fabulous. When I called they told me to bring the dogs right in and they bathed them as soon as we showed up. They gave them a flea bath, made sure all the fleas were gone, groomed the dogs and trimmed their nails. These ladies are great and I love that it's a local owned business. I've taken my dogs to chain stores before, paid way more, and was told I could bring my dogs in for the first appointment of the day (so my nervous one doesn't have to go in a kennel) for an EXTRA charge. I won't be doing that anymore! They also do boarding, but we have not tried that service yet.
