Camouflage, cowboy boots, overalls, plaid button-ups, homesteading magazines, backyard farming books, wind chimes, feed, seed, hardware, jerky, and John Deere everywhere .... Yep, this is a store for country folk.
I'm well aware that Tractor Supply is a staple store in most rural areas but since I'm from Chicago, you don't get too much country out there. This store has all the basic things you need for around your garden or farm -- shovels, pine bedding, pet food, coops, work boots, some tools, parts, salt licks, and so on. All the workers are nice, too. We come here to pick up anything we need for working outside (tossing out heels and ties for boots and hats) and haven't been disappointed. My husband gravitates towards the farm tools and hardware while I float around near books and garden supplies. I'm sure the rural romantication will wear off soon but for now, we love it! read more
