She also was the only sales person who gave us an immediate quote, before we left the shop. We also visited 3 other countertop places (in Nicholasville and in Lexington) and never received the same level of attention and help as provided by Leslie. The next step was removal of our old counters and that was also a great experience. Workers arrived at the time promised. They were neat and clean and could not have been nicer or more careful. Finally, the icing on the cake was the installation crew. They did an excellent job and at the same time were courteous and respectful. The whole process could not have been better. Our new counters are beautiful! We can see why our friends recommended Bluegrass Marble & Granite of Richmond and we are happy we did business with them.
