The whole team at Counter Culture is nothing short of Fabulous. I shopped around a lot locally. The moment I walked in to Counter Culture I felt like a valued customer. This alone made them stand out from ALL others. Katie was great and knowledgable and really helped me make design choices that fit us...not what everyone else chooses. We chose LG quartz which we had installed and a great tile backsplash that we installed ourselves. The whole process was smooth, products were delivered as promised. We could NOT be more pleased. GJ made perfect measurements and is just the coolest dude that knows his stuff! The countertops were installed perfectly and are gorgeous! The install team was nice, professional, efficient, clean and did a fabulous job. We had a tiny issue we discovered after install and GJ came back out THAT DAY and corrected completly. We searched all over lexington and even went to winchester looking for countertops for our new cabinets. we just couldn't find the color we wanted until we came counterculture plus. we got the exact match granite we wanted and the price was excellent. Leslie was very patient and helpful and provided all we needed. GJ's template visit on that day was very exciting and joyful and we were even shocked beyond belief when Leslie called the next day after template and said they can install the next day!!! WOW WOW!! Everyone including the installers at counterculture plus were awesome. If you need countertop go to this place and you won't go anywhere else after the first visit. I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I googled this place and was impressed with the fact the owner says he goes to every job! So I decided to give them the job. They did not have very much to chose from on their lot and didn't seem willing to try and get more in. Finally I kinda pressed and lo and behold they said I could see more in Winchester. I went to Winchester and found a granite I liked. I dealt mostly with the lady that works at the Store in Lexington. I can't say I had a good experience here. Their work was good very comparable to others I've used. My issue is with the guy that owns the place. First of all he never came to my job site even tho I asked and my condo is only five minutes from his store. So false advertising. When I asked him to come he was very cocky and rude to me.. he said how busy he was and his wife was ready to have a baby? When the installation was over the guys forgot to caulk and I called to tell the lady at the store. She was certain I was mistaken so I sent a picture! They sent a guy back to finish the job/caulking. I like to spend my money whether it's a dollar or a million with ppl who are truthful, professional and humble. read more

I am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here! read more

Had them do my basement bar and it turned out great! I designed the cabinets and they hooked me up with a custom cabinet builder who came out and measured the space and made it to foot. Then we added Black Galaxy granite for the bar top and Red Dragon granite for the rest of the surfaces. Turned out great! read more
