This review probably isn't fair but I am hoping that the owner or manager sees it and addresses the…read moreissue. I am in the market for a new recliner, not a big fan of shopping in person and especially not of high pressure sales tactics, so I generally take advantage of the research online. This being said, I had seen multiple commercials advertising a "moving sale". I highly doubt they were moving but thought it might signal good prices and open the door for negotiations. I am one of those people who refuse to pay full price unless absolutely necessary. So, I got on their website and looked at a few recliners. I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". It is obvious to me that they do not want to do any legwork to sell anything. Very disappointed because I really wanted a new chair. After checking other Suffs reviews, I will be shocked if I ever hear back from anybody. Sad, somebody could have made a nice sale as I was looking at both a Stickley rocker and Lazy Boy recliner.

To make assumptions without knowing facts just not good business on your part . I was a customer with Perry's and Amish in Maysville. I have facts and experienced both businesses.
