The doors wouldn't close correctly because the delivery person didn't adjust it to close correctly. That took a month to get someone out to fix. He didn't put the shelves in correctly and just stacked them up inside for me to install. They use 3rd party delivery people and they are not at all knowledgeable about installation. Do not buy the Pieratts Warranty. They are booking a month out, not enough service technicians to meet demand! They sell you the Allstate Warranty which you can buy yourself and get Appliance Pros to fix any repairs needed. Much better deal!!! I Do not recommend you buy from Pieratts!

The wait was expected, the amount of time spent to fix neither was beyond comprehension. After an hour, he told me my dishwasher doesn't get power. I called for this reason... after insuring him it wasn't our fuse boxes, we have multiple and inspected 3 times a year bc of our pool system, he says maybe it's the outlet and you need and electrician?! No sir, I need someone to take the door off my dishwasher and change a fuse and check the wires. Bad start. He did check the fuses and boxes. He did nothing to pull our dishwasher out or take it apart. Hour later, after dissecting on the front side of our freezer with the door open for the same hour he says we bought a used refrigerator. I inform him we bought it new from Pieratt's and have the paperwork. Not interested. Then told me our refrigerator on top would die in a day or 2, just not true. I was informed a lot about how cell phones are tracking us and I should be nervous, great advice bub. Fix our stuff. If my wife hadn't gotten home 2 hours and 15 mins after he'd been here while our rescue dogs were waiting out back the entire time, I'm not sure how it would have worked, except definitely overcharged. He told me he would only charge us full on one appliance and 50% on the other after the initial $130 service charge. His solution for our freezer, it would only take them 3 hours and $2000 to fix our freezer bc we bought a 'used' one from Pieratt's with the paperwork and details he never took to concern. I waited a month for the technician to arrive. He said he needed a 2nd person as the washer and dryer are stacked. I told them this when I scheduled the appointment. I then waited another month. The second technician switched the door in 15 minutes without needing assistance. I was then charged $141.67 for labor. I called the office to see if this was correct, and they confirmed that it was. Be ready to WAIT and PAY if you call Pieratt's and even then you may not get what you need.
