First of all when you walk in, there is no one working. I can totally understand why now. When you walk in, no one will greet you or ask what they can help because they are too busy chatting with each other. After some struggles, I purchased a foundation that was not the one I wanted originally and the sales told me that I can return it if the color was not matched in 30 days which was clearly stated on my receipt Then, I decided to not want that foundation because of the color mismatch and I had an allergic reaction from the color match in store I sent it in the mail to that store and I waited for 2 weeks for their reponse. They basically ignored me until I call them 2 weeks later to ask about my status of the return. All I got after that was "honey it takes at least a month." so I waited. The next day they called me back and accused me of using a lot of the foundation and how they could not return an used item when I didn't even open it. She said they had a way to check it but the foundation bottle is colored, not transparent. I tried to explain to her about how I didn't want this to begin with and she pressured me to buy it and I had a serious allergic reaction from it. She basically said there was nothing I could do and we couldn't return. I said can I talk to your manager and she said yes she will call me back the next day. Not only they didn't call me back, but they just automatically shipped me back the defect foundation and called it a day I will say I am very disappointed about this kind of inconsiderate customer service from a well-known high ended department store.
