Then I asked if I could "split it into 2 -1/2 slots) Then she told me that the "actual time spent with my animal is usually 30-40 minutes". My cat was rescued from a hoarders house, she has PTSD. I can't afford them to come twice at 50.00 per day. I've researched that the going rate is $12-$15 per 30 minute visit with your pet.?? I can't afford that kind of price at $25 for only 30-40 minutes! I decided not to go with them because I found family and friends to pet-sit for us this time. I do need a permanent solution, though. The woman who emailed was kind enough. She told me all about how they have all of these good ratings and such. But I felt deceived because she first said $25 per hour. I would've paid that if THAT was time spent with my pet while I'm away. But then it changed to me paying for "travel time"(when she'd said they had 4 people right nearby my home, in my town). Why do I pay travel time for someone who lives in the same town? I didn't really like that so much. Also, I was not happy that when I wanted to split the "hour" into 2 x 1/2 hours, I was then told I was truly only getting 30 minutes with & for my pet. Plus paying for travel to and from my home. I don't pay travel time for any other services ?? (Plumber, maid service, lawn service etc.) I will keep looking for a more permanent solution.... ***I saw the response from this company. I did not say anything untrue or unkind. I only stated my own interactions & why I did not choose them. * I want to reiterate that I did not use this company because of the reasons stated above. I I've been an elite Yelper for 10 years. I would never say anything which I did not experience first hand. I only wrote my review about my own interactions with this company. I wanted the perspective customers to know how my interactions with thIs company went. I wanted them to know how this company works. They offer a variety of special treats and experiences for your pup there, but you can also opt to give your pup a more basic stay/day of play. They diligently checked his vaccines, observed his temperament, and made sure he was a good boy before taking him in. Not to mention they went above and beyond for us. I'm happy to make this experience a more regularly scheduled event for us. He absolutely loved it and his caretakers sent me photos all day. I've included them here.

We had every red flag before we took them here and left them for five days. Leading up to taking the dogs here we called them several times and left messages asking if they had availability and if we can take the dogs there so we and the dogs could check the place out. No one ever called us so about two weeks go by and we tell the girl that answered Can we come up there NOW today she said yes at three so we went the place was old but clean and they told us the our two dogs could be together in the kennels in the back and they could go in and out and they could we could see that. So we book the date and the girl said as far the dogs shots and all that like any other boarding place the vet just e mails it over. And the girl said pack your dogs whatever toys bones etc..So the flight was leaving that Monday at six am so we had to take the dogs the Sunday before. No problem get there the lady I guess lives at the kennel came out said we woke her up and she was discombobulated and out of it. So she says where's the paperwork we explained the girl said the vet could email tomorrow she said nope she needs the paperwork NOW. After 45 mins of haggling she says ok send it tomorrow. Great. Then I give the lady the bucket of food and a bag this bag had what you could imagine for two dogs who we consider family we have never left alone so we had bones toys treats two of our shirts with perfume and cologne on them pig ears I mean over the top we were sad we were leaving them. That Monday roles around they never called about the paperwork so we never sent it. Friday roles around we call hey coming in 45 mins to get the dogs . We get there the girl says we love your dogs we love playing with them last time they were here they loved it mind you the dogs have never been there and she called both dogs the wrong name at that point who fuking cares we just want our dogs. So we walk back there wand get them and they are howling and they never howl but they were happy. My wife takes the dogs I grab the food and that bag that Big bag Full of there toys medicine I forgot they had allergy medicine and the two shirts and just a bunch of stuff spoiled dogs get . We get in the car the bag was never even touched not one toy out of the package not one pigs ear out of the wrapper the mess still in the bottle not open the two shirts the two damn shirts still folded. If the place would of just said look your dogs will be safe this is a no thrills place they won't get toys or played with but on the other hand we won't poke sticks in there kennels and be mean to them I'd say ok at least you know what your getting. So that's what you're getting. And jefe and Honcho don't play that game .

I then again reached out to Jennifer who is my savior and asked her if she would help me get the dogs to Sweden this year. The staff has changed and so has the quality of service. One employee talked about customer after he left (right in front of me) because he reported that his dog had pooped out in the parking lot. She smiled and said to him, "No worries. I'll get it." Then she talked about him after he left. The poop bags are not easily seen, unless you're familiar w/where they are located. He was a new customer and obviously didn't know they were out there. Totally unprofessional! I don't feel that they really watch the dogs and interact with them enough. The dogs are sort of just let out into a large area, w/one person watching from afar. They are quick to tell you that no cameras are available or the cameras are down. We pay more so that our dogs wouldn't have a "boarding/kennel at the vet office" experience. My dogs didn't seem happy at all. This newer younger crew is unskilled, unprofessional, and seem unhappy to be there (giving the business a bad name). I'll be searching for a place that offers what they advertise.

The dogs only get put out for two hours at a time for play time There's so many dogs in there. They don't even look like they're having fun. It seems almost like a stressful situation for them. Do not take your pets to this clinic. I took my animal there on August 5 2026. The doctor looked at…read moremy cat and said he knew exactly what skin issue related to fleas he had and prescribed and made at the clinic two medications to give my cat. Within in six days one of the medication called Doxycycline made my cat vomit up blood every time I administered the prescribe dose. I contacted the clinic and they said they would give me a completely different medication on August 12. I asked if they wanted the original medication back and was told no. I went up there to pick up the new proper medication and they tried to charge me another 50.00 dollars on top of the original $300.00 dollars I paid on August 5th. This Veterinary prescribed and gave the wrong medicine based on his knowledge on the first visit and then tried to charge again for what he3 stated would be the correct medicine, He said it was trial and error in handing out meds that if one didn't work try a different one. I did not get because of the new charge, instead of just exchanging the wrong medicine for the correct medicine. So now my pet has a chance to get sicker and stay sick because I wasn't given the proper medication the first visit and in exchange for the new proper medication was another fee. WHAT HAPPENS IF THIS TRIAL AND ERROR SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK A FEW MORE TIMES? That would be more money spent and a possible dead animal for improperly administering the wrong medication. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I was surprised by Rachael's but decided I will go with my hunches since she's clearly a disgruntled ex-employee. I went in for my tour without any notice because that was my intent. None of the cages were dirty with urine or feces. All the dogs blankets and beds were clean and it was so nice and cool. All the dogs seemed very happy and not stressful in the least. They even explained the clipboards by each dog and how it ensures everything is done properly when I asked about it.
