I would never bring my dog back to this groomer. I Picked my dog up and he was shaved so close in areas he has sores all over his butt, ears and private area. I would be very cautious bringing any dog to this groomer and having Britney groom him.

We have been going to Paws Grooming Studio for over ten years. Our longtime family Pomeranian came here for 9 of her 13 years. We now have a new pup that has been going since she was 4 months old. We always have had a safe, pleasant experience. We love that your pet is there for only about an hour. Val our current groomer does a fabulous job! She is very talented at grooming and is very good with all pets. Val is also super pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Paws Grooming Studio!

I have always had difficulties finding a good groomer until now. Kenzie was so kind with my 13 year old Pomeranian, Bentley. My pup doesn't like being groomed and is very feisty and sassy. I have had many groomers charge a ridiculous amount, keep for her hours, or not honor my requests. I am beyond thrilled with all three times I have taken Bentley to Paws. Attached is Bentley's before and after photo.

I began taking my dogs to PAWS at the recommendation of my mom, who had been taking her purebred Wheaton Terrier there for years. Everybody at PAWS is so knowledgeable, personable, and great with our pets. Paws is by appointment only for grooming. This is an excellent practice because your pet will get the individual attention he or she deserves and won't be left locked up and unattended before the appointment starts or waiting to be picked up. I can, however, swing by without an appointment just to get their nails trimmed. Paws also uses high quality grooming products on all of the clients. They come home smelling so fresh and clean! Paws is very thorough in bathing and grooming. My Shiba Inus do not require their fur being cut, but they do take care to gently groom the excess fur from the ears and around the sanitary areas. PAWS is the ONLY place our pets will go to be groomed. Nobody has ever come close to the personal attention from every person in the shop and the quality job they do!!

Scheduling my appointment was so easy. Everyone I've spoken to or interacted with has been very friendly. I've had dogs my entire life but I've never taken any of them to a professional groomer before. I was so nervous dropping my sheepie off for a groom. Marie was great! She came out to the car to get my puppy and we talked about what I wanted done and off she and the pup went into the salon. She texted about 2 hours later saying he was ready. My little ragamuffin sheepdog came out looking like a distinguished pup. Not gonna lie, I was surprised that he looked like a completely different dog! He will be cooler with his shorter cut. This place does a great job grooming my two cats!!they smell great when I pick them up and the smell lasts for a good three weeks. They are on the expensive side but well worth the money. I wish I could afford to go there more often. It's often hard to get an appointment since this place has become so popular. I am very happy with their services and they are very friendly here. My cats seem to be pretty well taken care of when they do go. Thank you for taking such great care of Tigger and Pumpkin. read more

Had been going here for years without issue. However recently received the following Text message , not even a phone call : "Unfortunately as you may or may not know your stylist has moved to Florida. As a salon we are at full capacity however we do have a client wait list we can add you to once we have hired a replacement if you would like to be on that list please let us know you preferred availability. At this time all future appointments will be cancelled. Thanks you for your service " I have two dogs that are on a strict grooming schedule so they don't matt and was given a days notice via text that they could not keep their appointments made months ago . The next availability is 4 months out. Very unprofessional. read more

Chelsea did a fantastic job with my little Pekingese who needs to have special shampoo. Some groomers make a fuss and try to charge extra, but there were no issues at all here. My dog turned out wonderful, and her skin was not irritated. Very efficient and communication was great!! read more

I won't take my pet here anymore. They knicked my dog's nipples a handful of times and when I asked to be careful because it was a problem, I was told that we were the problem (something about our yard and the grass). Ummmmm....okay. We're now done with Paws. We found a new groomer that doesn't knick the nips, so we are all much happier. read more

We absolutely LOVE coming to paws for our nail trims! A family member recommended them and they've done such a great job with our fur baby! He's not afraid to visit, and it takes only about 5 minutes! We paid $10 which is less than our vet and we are more than willing to drive the 20 minutes to come visit! Well done Paws! read more

This is probably the worst place to take your beloved animal unless you kiss ass. I recently took my Paris here and was treated like a criminal because Paris my Shih Tzu wasn't up to the groomers Brittney's satisfaction. I'm thinking maybe she wasn't happy with her own skin. But to report me to Animal Cruelty investigator is uncalled for I can't help but think if my shade was lighter it would of a more of a woman to woman conversation instead of an accusation and assumptions and the owner (Alissa)or whatever she called herself from day to day is no better she justified her rudeness and accusations.Because I stood up for myself, my race and my Paris.... This place need to go back to school and remember the old phrase " DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!!" They raised their prices from $5 to $10 for nail trims. Not this is out of line with other groomers but I think they could have gone up gradually. I won't be back because there are too many places closer for that same price. read more

We've taken my 2.5 year old Cavachon to this grooming studio since we've gotten him. His cut truly depends upon the individual that is taking care of him that day. Usually it's been fine, but on multiple occurrences, he's been nicked and has visible blood when we bring him home. This time, the groomer cut him underneath his tail near his anus and near his belly and our poor dog has been unable to sit comfortably for the past few days. He is usually super energetic but has been sitting in his crate and refuses to come out. We're really upset with what appear to be the consequences of his treatment at this grooming center and won't be taking him back again. read more

I've taken both my dogs and one of my cats here for grooming, and Paws always does a great job! Today, I took my cat in for a lion cut. I was nervous about getting him groomed, because I didn't want him to be terrified, but Paws was so accommodating! They answered all my questions over the phone before I scheduled my appointment, and even got my kitty in first thing in the morning so that he could get in before all the doggies. They were even patient and understanding when I explained that my cat had urinated in the carrier on his way over. They gave him a fantastic haircut; exactly how I described I wanted. He looks so handsome, and is matt-free! The best part of all is that they genuinely love animals and couldn't stop gushing over how nice my cat was. Highly recommend! read more

This place is awesome. Not only are they sweet with your beloved pets, they do awesome haircuts !!! I LOVE that they are finished in 45-60 minutes. I go next door to Holiday Market and do some shopping or I catch up on emails in the car. My girl has severe epilepsy so they put "mufflers" over her ears so the dryers don't cause sensory overload. They treat your pet like their own. My dog Lucy is keen on stylist Brittany- but I'm sure there are many other qualified stylists there. The owner is incredibly kind and they always do their best to accommodate you. Seriously - the best place. read more

They are wonderful with my cat - he gets a nail trim and brush out here as he has lots of toe hair and is very fluffy - hates the belly brushed and gets antsy when I try to trim the nails. They do a great job, he is never stressed and its so clean and great smelling in there. Just remember - cash only! read more

I came to pick my dog up (earlier than when I said), and they had locked her in the bathroom instead of putting her in a room or a kennel. She tries to drink out of the toilet when she gets the chance, and their toilet was left open. I don't want to think of my dog drinking out of that. I don't know what chemicals they clean with or who uses the bathroom, either way it is nasty. They are very fortunate that she didn't get into the open box of sanitary products left out on the toilet tank. She usually eats everything. She laid down by the toilet. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I was in shock so I just paid and left. Will never, ever go back. read more

Alissa and Nick are the only people who have ever cared for my dogs and they always look and smell gorgeous after their visit! Also, my pets are extremely HAPPY while they are there. I know they take great care of them and I'll always find them! Parking is NOT a big deal. All you have to do is tell Nick to assist you in getting your babies to the car, and he will make sure that is taken care of. I tell everyone about them! read more

I went to Paws Grooming after a google search showed the great YELP reviews. My Persian cat needs to get shaved to keep from getting mats. I have been to two other places and will now ONLY go to Paws Grooming. Impressive on the walk in. Clean, smells outstanding and the friendliness of Nick...he and his wife are the owners. Nick's wife did an outstanding job of shaving and combing out our cat. Nick taught me what I did not know about how to comb a cat. Pricing is very, fair and reasonable. Made an appointment two months ago because that's how long it took me to get in. My boys went to another groomer in between but I wanted to try this one because of great reviews. Expensive for a pretty basic cut and they look a little hacked up. They are clean and their cut will grow out but I'm afraid I won't be going back. read more

I took my puppy here for the very first time and did not have the best experience. My dog had a laceration on her neck that I was unaware of as the collar was covering it. I found it very unprofessional that they did not call me about it, instead continued to bathe my dog so that they could get their money. The grooming job was excellent and if they would have called me about my dog being injured I would have been a repeat customer. Now all I can think is that they care more about money than the well being of my dog. read more

Paws is great! I've taken my long haired cat here twice so far and can't imagine taking him anywhere else again. They are so good with him and are able to get his mats out without forcing him into a ridiculous "lion" cut. He loves going there which is the best sign of a good place. They are kind, courteous and very fairly priced. read more

I had a Pomeranian that passed away a few years ago and remember some of the awful fur-cuts he had and how difficult it is to find a good groomer. I called a few places and had no luck getting them both in, so when they could take them right away I was skeptical. Right when we walked in, I knew they were going to be well taken care of. It was a very friendly welcoming atmosphere. They did a thorough consultation and explained in detail what they were going to do. I just wanted a nice cleanup cut and not have them shaved because every place I took my old Pomeranian, they would shave him leaving him looking all blotchy & spotty even when I requested they not shave him. When I came to pick them up I was extremely happy with the outcome. They cut their fur in a beautiful shape that went perfectly to their body shapes. It was exactly what I wanted and even better. Vivian explained everything her and Ashley did and gave me tips on grooming them at home. She educated me on how to keep their skin moisturized, fur conditioned & shiny and how to properly remove the dreadlocks that form behind their ears. My dogs were both calm relaxed and happily walking around Muddy Paws knowing they looked great. I highly recommend going there to have your dogs groomed.

Her claws had grown overlong and I was afraid to try to trim them myself, so I called Heavenly Scent Mobile Pet Grooming to take care of the problem and to avoid, as much as possible, traumatizing my cat. Jill showed up, and I warned her about my cat's feral history. Jill wasn't fazed at all. She had me leave her alone in a room with the cat, and ten minutes later Jill emerged unscathed, as did my cat. A miracle had occurred! I can't say enough wonderful things about Jill Fischer and her business, Heavenly Scent Mobile Pet Grooming. I feel like she saved my life.

Last Friday (January 2026) I called and left a message (their message indicates that they are having trouble with their phones-same message I got last November and again- no response. I emailed again - again no response. Thought I would take a chance and just go up there with my dog as no appointment was necessary after 10:00 am. I rang the bell, I called out ... a gal walked through from a back room with a wet dog ... I said Hello and she never looked up or acknowledged me in any way. Today was my last attempt .... I'm giving my business to a professional that actually wants my money.

We call Hallidays our dog's "happy place". She is always excited to go whether for day care or to…read moreboard. She often acts like she down want to leave! Especially when she's have the chance to swim. The staff takes excellent care of her as if she were their own pet. We've been called twice with updates to when she was boarding with what turned out to be minor issues. The communication is excellent. I'm so happy that we have such a great facility in our town.

We brought our puppy that has never been groomed before and she was being quite difficult, so they suggested we bring her back in a few days later so she can get more used to the setting and the clippers etc., and we really appreciated the thoughtful way they handled that. We have taken our dog Zoey for grooming for a few years. This last year we have had a number of…read moreissues. Biggest one is (apparently) shampoo or other chemical in her eyes. This time has been the worse. Both eyes flame red, watering and she prefers to lay with her eyes closed. She can see when she walks, but who knows how well! We have put drops in her eyes which has helped. Last two times it took a couple days for Zoey to stop rubbing her eyes. That was one eye each time. This time it's both. We will be at our vet if this is not continually improving the next 24 hours. One time is an oops, multiple times is incompetence. We will not be returning to Posh Pets grooming any longer. We will be at our vets on Monday to insure Zoey is OK. Absolutely no longer recommend this groomer!

Wonderful wonderful place! My cat, Max, needed a bath after having an unfortunate bowel movement on the way there and Valerie took such great care of him. He's not an easy cat sometimes and he scratched the hell out of her, but she just smiled and didn't take it personally. The shop is very cute and clean and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Paws grooming studio is wonderful! The owners are professional and very kind. They are extremely accommodating and very very well priced. The studio is fabulous and it is very clear they take pride in their establishment. They schedule each appointment so my pup is not stuck in a crate at all to wait! Valerie has been Grooming our dogs for over 10 years. We live in South Lyon and would travel farther if we needed to, just so Valerie was the one Grooming our babies. Our dogs absolutely LOVE and ADORE her and going to the salon! They get excited every time we go, it's like they know Valerie is going to make them extra fancy- they love strutting their stuff! This place is pretty much awesome! From the first phone call I was convinced this was the place I'd be taking my Bulldog to. They are always super friendly, caring and quick! I've been taking my maltipoo here since he was born and Valerie makes sure he always looks and smells great! He isn't even scared of going to the groomer anymore!
