Jill showed up, and I warned her about my cat's feral history. Jill wasn't fazed at all. She had me leave her alone in a room with the cat, and ten minutes later Jill emerged unscathed, as did my cat. A miracle had occurred! I've had 4 different groomers over the last 5 years and they are all excellent. Highly recommend! They are usually on time but if late I always get a text. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. She also is so flexible when I need to change an appointment, or drop my guys off a little earlier or pick them up a little later than expected. And the best part?
