Their selection of cat food and associated goods leaves a lot to desired to say the least. When I was looking for the usual brands of canned pet food that my cat likes to eat, I was dismayed that Hill's wasn't there, nor was Authority. Other pet stores carry it, but not here. Given the fact my cat is a picky eater, the limited offerings. Likewise, I noticed very few if any cat treats. This is a store that is pro-dog all the way. With only one isle devoted cats, it's way too sided for me.

I sent my husband with our dog to get her groomed and when he picked her up she looked nothing like her Pomeranian cut that has been done before. In fact her toenails were not all cut, missing a few on each paw. Uneven cutting all over her small body. No sweet doggy perfume smell that were accustomed to her having. No cute bow given either... Then paying 80.00 dollars for this??? My husband was truly disappointed in her cut, BUT there was nothing he could say to them, to have this undone!!!! Obviously They did a terrible job, and once I got home from work to see her and the botched up job they did on this small dog. Our disappointed is fueled by grief and upset as we now look at her. I have 2 long-haired dachshunds who are very anxious so having the groomer pull up to the door is very convenient. I can give the dogs their anxiety meds and then just hand them over. I've had 4 different groomers over the last 5 years and they are all excellent. Highly recommend! They are usually on time but if late I always get a text. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. She also is so flexible when I need to change an appointment, or drop my guys off a little earlier or pick them up a little later than expected. And the best part?
