Do NOT bring your furry friends here!!! I am incredibly disappointed and upset after I took my Goldendoodle to Fluffy's. I brought her in and handed her off to a gentleman who asked what I wanted done. I replied "a bath, nail trim, and a little haircut. I would like her lion's tail to stay poofy but to get trimmed, her face to be rounded, and the patchy spots on her body to be trimmed to match the rest." Twenty minutes after I dropped her off I got a call from them requesting that I bring cash for payment as their system was down. I accepted and asked how much it would be -I was told $65. When I arrived to pick her up, the groomer, Lizeth, told me it would be $95. I kindly expressed that I was told $65. She explained to me that price was because I 'lied' and said my dog was a medium dog (for reference she is 45 lbs). I told her I never said she was a medium dog, but when I made the appointment I was asked her weight and her employee put her in as a medium dog based on my answer. I then politely said, would you please honor the price I was given this time. To which she said no and began berating me. She said in her business she has to be careful of "people like me" and that I lied about the size of my dog and that I "don't value her work because I won't pay her what she's worth." After going on for five minutes, I finally gave her my card as there were other people waiting to drop off their dogs. She then threw the card at the counter after she charged me. My brother called an hour after to explain that not only was she rude to me, but our dog's haircut looks terrible and was not what I asked for. It is uneven all over, her face and ears are choppy, and her tail was untouched and was not blended with the rest of her body. He told Lizeth we would like to make it right and would like a refund. She initially agreed but then said, "you know what? No, I won't give you a refund because your sister is a liar" and hung up the phone. She is rude, unprofessional, and did NOT do what I asked for. This was our first time trying Fluffy's and it was a great experience! My German shedder is a big baby, making regular grooming a challenge for most. They will have your dog looking beautiful and smelling good every time and they will never leave you disappointed because they take the time to listen to any special request you may have. Our pomski lilo absolutely loves it there and we have even used their boarding services which they offer in the wonderful facility in the back. The boarding facility they have is really nice and they get alot of playtime throughout the day with dogs of the same energy level. You should definitely ask them for a tour of the boarding facility so you can see for yourself. You will even get updates on how your pup is doing throughout their stay. Anyone have a bad experience at FLUFFYS dog groomers on beck???? Lisette the owner got too busy and didn't cut my puppy like I asked. Twice. Left her ears dirty and didn't properly grind her nails. I asked for a little longer and she cut her Very short. I called to see if I could bring her back so she could fix what she didn't do and her head groomer told ME I was the issue and don't come back. She's not cheap. I expect to get whatI paid for and I did not. Don't go there. You'll get a sub par dog grooming.and her attitude. ??? Wow losers. I hope she's happy. A few months ago we rescued an Australian Shepherd-Coon Hound mix puppy, and when he was about three months old I called Fluffy's for information on a puppy nail trim, he had those razor-blade puppy nails. When I called on a Monday, they answered the phone and I could clearly hear how busy it was in the background. I asked when there was an appointment available to get my puppy's nails done and I was told that they were booked up for the week and did not have an opening for me, which is completely fine and I totally understood. However, before I could even say thank you or hang up the phone, I heard the person in the background start complaining that I called for just a nail trim and why do I think they would take the time schedule for just a nail trim? I just hung up the phone and honestly brushed it off as that they were just busy and frustrated, didn't think much more about it. Flash forward to this week, when I called to schedule an appointment for my now seven-month-old puppy's grooming appointment. I brought him in at 9:30 this morning, just to end up being told that they would only trim his feet and fanny. I asked why, because originally we were looking to get more of a shorter/summer cut because our pup swims a lot and his longer hair gets tangled. I was quickly met with two female groomers telling me how horrible that would be for my dog, that by cutting his coat I would be exposing him to possible heat stroke and putting him in the hospital, they said they did not want to put my dog in danger like that. They said that because he had a Schnauzer/Labrador type coat that they could not use clippers or scissors to cut him, and that it would destroy my dogs coat and turn it from soft- to cactus thorns. Instead of taking the time to explain to me the situation or educating me nicely and respectfully, I was met by the two of them speaking harshly and condescending. I explained that this was the first puppy I had had with this type of coat and that I was just looking to get as much taken off as I safely could for my animal, as the last thing I would wanna do is put him in harms way or hurt him. At this point a 3rd female Groomer stepped forward and continue to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about, and that they would not be liable for the consequences of what happened if I called them when my dog went to the hospital after they cut his hair. They were all three speaking to me at one time, and I could not understand what all of a sudden got them so upset and aggravated. I felt like we were backed into a literal corner of the shop, while they berated me for not knowing as much as they did. I never claimed to know more than them and I never disagreed with their choice of not cutting his coat, I was just asking questions to better understand the situation and why my puppy could not get his haircut today. Finally, there was a silence between the 3 of them harping on me, and I just said that I would pass on his appointment today and thank you for their time. As I was walking out the door one of the groomers turned back around to snip at me and rudely say, "Next time why don't you do a little research before coming in." This is where I got upset because I was trying to become more educated and made sure that I was doing the best for my dog, I did not go in there with a know-it-all-attitude, I even specified to them that I had never had a dog with this type of coat before, and wanted to know what I could do for it. Just because I am a pet owner does not mean that I am a professional dog groomer nor would I have the knowledge as a 23 year old student of the 50+ year-old women working there in the dog grooming industry. I didn't say anything and just continued out the door. Personally, I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to others based on my 2 experiences with them. The only person who seemed friendly and smiling was the male groomer who stepped forward to pet my puppy and give him treats. Just an unfortunate interaction that could have been avoided if some kindness was shown. read more

Not only did she not do my Great Pyrenees feet (she called me and said she was ready) she notices when I get there she didn't do her feet sh I had to stand and wait for that and she STILL hadn't done her nails, I discovered that After we got home, her coat is coarse and feels strange. I've had the same groomer up in Birch Run for 10+ years, this lady doesn't know how to do a big dog, she's still got mats behind her ears. Wasn't happy with the environment nor the temperament of Lisette. Something just isn't right with this place. Ifyou have a big dog IQd stay away from this one. read more

I had an appt to get my 2 goldens groomed,after my daughter dropped them off I was shocked at the price,over $100 a piece,I called to ask why the prices went up & why I wasnt notified of this,the owner yelled and said she wasnt arguing with me about her pricing to come pick up they dogs,she refuses to groom them,she ended up hanging up on me then sent a text to pick the dogs up then sent a nasty message to pick my girls up that she refuses to groom them,all of this because I said the pricing is to high & we would be going else where after this appt, so unprofessional & I cant believe an owner of anything would handle a situation this way,I have been taught to diffuse a situation in a management position,this was handled very poorly read more
