We stopped in to get my wife's 5000 mile tire rotation on her four runner. They work off appointments and are fairly quick. The folks in the service department are always helpful and polite. They should be for what everything cost at Toyota! We paid way more for the four runner than what its actually worth... lol ... All vehicles are priced ridiculously these days. The sales side is your typical car sales experience. While your trying to buy they treat you like gold. They try playing the whole "Let me run this offer through my manager" thing. If you let them know up front your not into that game the transaction can go alot smoother. Overall it has been a good experience dealing with them. Its definitely one of the better Toyota's between Tennessee and Mississippi. They keep this one clean and immaculate. read more

This weekend I was attempting to purchase a 2024 Toyota Highlander Limited for my mother. I had shopped online for about a week and called Principle Toyota in Hernando MS about one they had. We made a deal to purchase the car on Saturday March 22nd. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The salesman who was very nice confirmed 2 separate times with management the price and that I got the car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He said he would work up the paperwork. I sent a copy of my drivers license Saturday night to the salesman. They sent the paperwork through a portal and the name on the documents was incorrect. On Monday morning they sent the buyers order with the wrong name on it again. I asked for the name to be changed to the correct name and to send me the updated buyers order so I could sign it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was then on a FaceTime call Monday afternoon with the Finance Manager and the salesman.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Finance Manager sent me wiring instructions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked again for the updated buyers order and was told they would upload it to the portal so I could sign it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tuesday morning I had not received it and I checked the portal and it was not there. Since it wasn't I asked for it to be sent again. I then got a text back asking if I had wired the money.... I said no I haven't sent money because they had not sent me the paperwork to sign!!! How can you ask for someone to wire in excess of $45,000 with no paperwork at all? After about 10 minutes I got a text back saying "I thought he sent them but I'm glad you didn't send it because I came in today and they telling me that they sold the vehicle yesterday at some point" So....Management sold it out from under me after I had been confirming to them since Saturday that I wanted it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked repeatedly for the documents to be sent and even spoke to the salesman and Finance Director on a FaceTime call late Monday afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On that call as I mentioned I asked for the buyers order with my name on it to be sent and I'd wire the money. They confirmed again it was mine and went over all the warranty information in detail. I have purchased cars online from dealerships all over the southeast over the years and this was as poorly managed an institution as I have ever seen. I had already moved my mothers things from her car as she uses it daily. So now I have to start over finding a car and at this point most of the 24s are gone. I work for and manage a good sized Bank for my everyday job. I would be livid if my employees handled a situation like this. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The salesman was very nice and professional the entire time but management completely dropped the ball over and over in this deal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Among others the Finance Manager was directly involved by sending me emails and being on an actual Facetime call just that previous evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] How this was handled is inexcusable and now I have to start over shopping for a car. BUYER BEWARE: I am truly appaled at this company right now, and they are lucky a lawsuit isn't coming up for our sales person, Jack Hoffman, PURPOSELY trying to have us sign a contract on a car we did NOT approve! I had been dealing with this sales person and company ALL day. They came back and stated we were approved. Apparently Jack thought we were stupid and would just SIGN a dotted line not knowing what we were receiving. My mother shows up to the dealership where we were treated completely disrespectful, and LIED more too! What's worse? She shows up to a vehicle NOT EVEN discussed this day! AT ALL! The sales person continued to push us signing the contract before showing up! We did not however! We are blessed and fortunate but please do not let this happen to you! I had taken my new car for free toyota care 10000 miles service for oil change. I had requested for car wash and they said they don't do that here. They actually did i for my 1st service at 5000 miles. They alao are suppose to rotate the tires at 5000 miles interval and the service rep said it will be done at 15000 miles upon my next visit. I have had two dealing with this dealership. The first time I had service done on a recall. They had to order the part due to the pandemic (understandable), but when I called weeks later they had to record that they had ever ordered it. When I got upset suddenly there were able to get it. Second time I needed a latch fixed that was probably under warranty. I called first thing in the morning and a man said he would call me right back. He never called and when I called back I had to leave a message. Some rude person called me back and told me they would have to make an appointment to see it which was what I was waiting on them to call me about. I asked them if it was under warranty and they said that since I bought it at a dealership a few miles away they had. no way of knowing that. I said okay, I will take it back there and never deal with your dealership again. They don't answer their calls, return calls, or do what they say they are going to do. Tried to order parts for a 4Runner (steps) and they apparently didn't want our money. After trying to explain to the cashier at the parts desk what we were wanting to purchase, she cut my husband off and immediately asked where we purchased the 4Runner. It was at a different dealership out-of-town and explained that we would have to go to that dealership to order the steps if we wanted to install them ourselves (it's a simple process that shouldn't cost the ridiculous labor price). She then said if we bought them there, they would have to be the ones to install them. Funny, after contacting the out-of-town dealership, they were totally willing to sell them to us and allow us to install them ourselves. We were just trying to save ourselves a drive and support a local dealership, but it it's ok, we'll just happily spend our $600 elsewhere. Though pleased with my new vehicle generally, I traded in my previous car to this dealer at purchase and it was an unprofessional, brutal process. Despite the car needing to be paid off to receive the title, it was immediately posted on the lot for sale. After nearly 3 weeks awaiting payoff, my original lender began calling for my next payment. I updated them on the car being traded in and called Principle Toyota to check the status, making sure nothing else was needed on my end. The finance rep was unimaginably disrespectful and rude, mocking me and treating me as though i was completely ignorant. I'm fully aware it takes time, but three weeks PLUS ended up resulting in additional interest added and a late fee. At this time, the dealership only paid off the payoff quote from trade in day, which was now a month prior- leaving me responsible for the additional fees. I'm not impressed. Actually rather disgusted by their lack of professionalism. I won't be back, nor will I refer my local family, friends, or clients. read more
