My sister, hubby and I went yesterday and we love to order several of the fun food items at the festival and we share. I chose the Indian Taco as my special food item to share with the others. The lady who took my order was very friendly. They had several offerings featuring frybread on their menu including a hot dog wrapped in frybread and even sweet frybread bites. The lady in front of me order some of the sweet bites and at the same time saw one of the giant Indian Tacos go to another customer. The lady in front of me asked what the item was and I said it was an Indian Taco. She said, "Oh I should have gotten that. I just ordered a corn dog!" I almost felt sorry for the lady. I guess you could say that I take my food choices seriously!!! I was so pleased with the Indian Taco and it probably had the best frybread I have ever had. The pinto beans on the taco tasted and appeared homemade and all of the other traditional toppings were fantastic as well. I finished that taco right up!! The taco truck is very cute and colorful. They even sell t-shirts that say "Frybread Power" on them and the lady who took my order had on earrings that read "Frybread Power" as well. It really was a nice little setup and her enthusiasm about the different products was contagious. I hope to see this little food truck again someday!

The local community has expressed that they have other food trucks that come by occasionally, but we have been coming throughout this summer and those are the trucks we have experienced so far. I have not tried to boba tea truck option yet, but the food for the other trucks are amazing quality! The staff are very friendly and seem to have a genuine passion for what they do. The lot itself has seating including several picnic benches, and some are even covered for the hot summer months! I love this place and have had multiple amazing experiences, I definitely recommend this venue to anyone and everyone - it's even super family friendly!!

Saving the torta for later because it's huge. The tacos were Pastor, Lengua, and Birria--all solid street-style tacos on double corn tortillas. The Pastor and Lengua were my favorites: well seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. At $2.25 each, the value is excellent. The torta is loaded with lengua and massive ($10). The bread looks bakery-made or freshly baked, not store-bought, which really sets it apart. The surprise star was the elote. For $4.50, you get enough to share with 2-3 people. Perfect balance of corn, cotija, mayo, and roja salsa--so good I'll be ordering two next time. Sauces deserve a shout-out too: Verde has a legit kick of heat without being uncomfortable Roja has a subtle smoky note that's perfect if you like mild spice with depth Cash only, so grab some dinero--but you won't need much to get full.
