I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. The shop didn't touch it until 0200pm and I waited until about 0700pm to get my car back. The mechanics might have done a good job, which hopefully I will find out later, but the front desk left a bitter experience with this installation not starting on time and lasted more time than it should have. A discount to make up for the valuable time wasted would have been better than excuses and an apology. Poor customer expectations management (with an appointment) and maybe a good job...disappointed! Note: They tell me they will install Rocky Road gears but installed another of their choice (Sierra Gear & Axle).
