Today I went in to have my brakes and rotors changed, I also brought a new tire that I purchased online to have put on and asked for my tires to be rotated. All of this took about an hour. I've referred my sisters and anyone else who asks. Reasonable prices.

They took the time to run diagnostics, look everything over under the hood and underneath the Jeep, top off a fluid I needed, and even test drove it to make sure everything was running as it should. Everything checked out great, and rather than trying to sell me parts or repairs that I may not need, they simply told me to keep an eye on things and come back if anything changes. That kind of honesty is SO hard to find in the automotive world. They easily could have started recommending repairs "just in case," but instead they were completely upfront with me on all fronts. I left feeling like I finally found my shop and that alone is such a great feeling. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, classy and HONEST. They did the alignment, test drove it and took the time to speak with me about the alignment. I stopped going to many automotive shops years ago due to mostly apathetic mechanics, insane prices, and ofttimes slim-shady dealings. This shop was professional, friendly, upfront with repair expectations and their prices are very fair. I could tell by the autos in their shop that they do high-quality work, but they took care of my little beater Mazda like it was a BMW. I appreciate the service and recommend these guys based on 1. Price 2. Quality of work 3. Timeliness 4. Professionalism and customer service 5. Great central location to Bartow, Cherokee and Cobb. Definitely a 5 star service.
