I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job. When the diagnostic didn't show anything wrong with the car, they scratched their heads, reset the computer and told me to drive it around for a while before I got another emissions test. Well, the check engine light came on, so I took it to a mechanic I trusted. I had used Alpha & Omega before and they did good work on my radiator for an honest price and in efficient time. This time they searched the emissions test failure code on the internet, took a five minute look over the car and told me my TPS sensor was malfunctioning. The part only cost $95, so it was less than the diagnostic from the other guys! The part was immediately ordered and my car was back on the road in about three hours!

I was skeptical, since this was never brought up at any previous routine maintenance, and Marietta Alignment was highly recommended by my husband's boss.
