Amazing staff and rooms are great. Good breakfast too. Other than the bathtub needs to be replaced, this place is great to stay. This place is close to restaurants and stores.

Property was fine on the outside, room was reasonably clean - however, there was a 4inch dip in my king size bed and the sleeper mattress did not fold all the way flat to allow my daughter to sleep on it, not that i would have let her after seeing the yellow stained mattress. After talking with Expedia, they called the manager - Nikkolo - he offered a $50 and then $100 refund which i declined and then he promptly hung up on Expedia.

    Chef Shon for the win!

We held an event here for our organization. We were the first to do so. The room was spacious and accommodated our large party. The best part of it all was the good food. We had the pleasure of working with Chef Shon!!!!!!!! He was fire and made sure that we felt every bit of welcomed. Our food was hot and when we made special requests, he made it happen. Thank you for your hospitality and all that you did to make our evening all in all absolutely amazing! You're the best!

It won't go lower than 66. And it won't run until it reaches 66. It shuts off all the time. I just got back from work and it's 81 degrees in here. The AC was still set to 66. Being comfortable while I'm sleeping is the most important aspect of a hotel stay to me. That being said, the breakfast is great. They have something different every day. The staff is friendly. The pool is a great temperature. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for that AC. I woke up drenched in sweat last night. It's gross. Even crappy hotels have AC that goes to 60, and will actually hit 60. This one only goes to 66, and it's always above that.

I called one week earlier and was told they could not guarantee us early check-in even being a Hilton Honors member, and the phone rep was rather unreceptive and dismissive of my request even when I explained the circumstances. When I went to the front desk, ***front desk clerk Leslie gave me a smile and warm welcome to the hotel. This is exactly what a weary traveler hopes for. I explained why we hoped to check in early and after some slow computer lag she was able to locate a room for us which made us very happy! She gave us instructions about where to park, where the elevators were, and the hours of the free breakfast. And after changing into our dress clothes, while walking through the lobby toward the parking lot, Leslie smiled and wished us well. This is exactly the type of employee any business should highly reward, she was outstanding at making us feel like valued customers (unlike the East Indian woman I spoke with a week earlier) and she clearly enjoys her work. Upon check-out the following morning, different clerks were at the front desk, a middle-aged Black woman and a younger man. I told them about our room - the bed closest to the bathroom had worn out springs since it sagged and made a loud noise every time I sat on it to get in the bed. They said they would address this and thanked me for notifying them. (One recommendation: have all staff wear an easily visible name tag.) So other than the phone interaction one week earlier, our hotel stay was excellent. The breakfast area was especially clean and well-maintained. But Leslie was the star of the show!

I arrived around 10:30pm and the front doors are unlocked. It is not the most secure hotel. When I walked up to the check-in counter there, it took a few minutes for the clerk to notice I had walked in. The clerk was behind a desk with his head down. Checking-in was no issue after signing a form and providing a credit card for incidentals. I was checked into a room on the 3rd floor. There is a large ceiling vent running extremely loud 24hrs a day. It's about a loud as a small Honda generator, which makes it difficult for a good night sleep. I posted a video for reference. Although the room is a bit dated, it is was in good shape. My bed was clean and fresh. As for the shower, it was clean but the cleaners missed a used bar of soap which was a little nasty. If you are into working out, the gym leaves a lot to be desired. It's a very small room out by the swimming pool. It only has a treadmill, elliptical & a small cable machine. There is also a washer, dryer and bathroom in the same room. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience. I would definitely stay away from the 3rd floor if I stayed here again.

Our room on the second floor was quiet and had great water pressure and air conditioning. Our room had a king bed with a separate sitting room area, which made it quite comfortable. A small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were in the room as well as two TVs. Breakfast was available until 9am (we met our friends for breakfast so missed it) and in the evening they put out a nice spread with soft drinks, cookies, nachos, berries, and taquitos. As my friends told us, it's probably the best place to stay in Clovis - plenty of parking, close to the freeway, and near old town. Look, don't come expecting the Ritz-Carlton, and you'll be comfy and happy with your stay.

I showed my government-issued ID and regular ID as usual. The manager on duty refused to check us in without a formal work order. Because it was after hours, there was no one from our office available to immediately send over proof that we were there for work. The hotel then expected us to connect our work computers to their unsecured WiFi network, which directly violates our company's IT security policy. They also demanded we show internal company emails to the front desk -- something we are strictly not allowed to do. Zero flexibility, zero understanding of business traveler needs, and completely unprofessional. Corporate customer service later backed the manager instead of resolving anything. As a 15-year Bonvoy member, this experience has me seriously considering canceling my account entirely. Avoid this property.
