Had a great stay here this week. I was at 3 Hilton's during the week and this one was the best of the bunch. As soon as I got there Marcell at the front desk said hello and asked me how my day was, she was very friendly. The next day I ran into her again and we had another nice chat, thank you for being so kind, great staff member. The property itself is updated throughout. Nice lobby, nice common areas, rooms are clean, they have a mini fridge and coffee maker, beds are comfy. The bathroom had a nice glass shower and tile. This property also has a small outdoor pool, mini business center, a meeting room, free parking with a large lot, an excellent gym (more on that) and of course complimentary breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Nora is a one woman show and did an amazing job. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were on point. She does the whole spread from the waffles to the yogurt and everything in between, thank you. The gym I must mention and I wish all Hilton's would mimic the setup here. The gym is pretty big, various cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, a rowing machine and a Peloton bike.). They have two benches, free weights up to 75 pounds, a multifunction weight machine, a few kettle bells and stretching equipment. I was so happy, I really like to have a nice complete gym and will choose hotels because of it. Very happy with my stay here and when traveling back up in that area will for sure stay here. Enjoy! read more

Clean, and quiet They have a young desk person who needs a shout out for her model service. Rayne is always positive and friendly. She also anticipates your preferences before you even ask. All of the personnel make this a superior Hampton Inn. read more

Marcell went above and beyond to help us, after we made a mistake. So grateful for saving our vacation. The place does look new, it was also clean. There were no suspicious characters hanging around the parking lot. The breakfast was good with waffle machines, and biscuits gravy and egg. We did not hear any freeway noise. We liked the beds and pillows. read more

It's nice and new but they don't allow self check in with digital key! That's what I love most! Bypass the front desk and just go to my room but this place doesn't do that. I checked in and bc I didn't go to desk they cancelled my reservation and charged me for a no show! read more

Definitely an updated Hampton Inn but a great stay. I got in late on an evening and just had a quick overnight. Unfortunately, I had issues with the room key and the key available through the app that required me to go down to the front desk three times. The check-in guy was understanding and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern looking. The breakfast was almost identical to any other Hampton Inn I've been to, but it had a great spread. If you find yourself in the area, there aren't too many hotels available, but this one is a great stay. read more

UPDATE: They did resolve the incident with me and gave me what I deserve within 72 hrs. But what's done is done, so take it as a lesson. I made a prepaid reservation at Hampton Inn Selma and received a confirmation email, assuming everything was set. However, on the day of check-in at 3:00 PM (the standard check-in time), the hotel manager tried to call me and asked me to confirm the reservation within one hour, or it would be cancelled. Unfortunately, I was hiking in Sequoia National Park at the time and had no cell signal, so I never saw the call. When I finally left the park around 9:00 PM and checked my phone, I found an email saying that my reservation had been cancelled. No additional follow-up, no waiting, no understanding of the situation. The manager cancelled my fully paid reservation without my authorization. I was left scrambling to find a hotel late at night during Memorial Day weekend, when almost everything was already sold out. We ended up paying much more for a terrible motel--an experience far below what we had expected. When I contacted the hotel, the manager admitted it was their mistake due to overbooking. Yet, the only compensation they offered was a refund and 25,000 Hilton Honors points, which is less than a free night, I originally paid 224 for a 2 queens room. That's insulting, especially considering we had to pay double the original price for a far worse experience. This whole situation caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and ruined what should have been a relaxing evening. I've stayed with Hilton many times before, but this incident seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I will continue to escalate this with Hilton until there is a fair resolution. It's honestly laughable that they still sent me a follow-up email asking, "How was your stay?" read more

Great experience!! Guy who checked us in 4/8 late evening was very kind and professional. Clean, accommodating and Nora in the morning dining area was a very delightful nice lady. Breakfast was really good and free! Looked like your gym was nice but we had plans so checked in late, left early. Thanks for the great experience, keep up the good work! read more

This is a very new Hampton Inn, so of course it has a lot of nice features and amenities in the rooms and general areas. The rooms are very clean & comfortable! The staff was very nice and welcoming. My niece had blocked rooms for her wedding guests coming from the Bay Area. The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I must add that Marcel was so accommodating and made our stay extra special. She was always happy and ready to help! All of my requests were handled in a professional manner. Hilton got it right!!!! All of your hotels are starting to look like this one. Clean, comfortable and MODERN!!! And a big thank you to my Princess Elizabeth. She took a few extra steps to make a way for me stay here. Her patience, compassion and initiative, saved my morning. Smart TV with smart remote! Clean windows, clean vents. No rust or weird smells. The most comfortable I've been in a long time on business. Your competitor buys properties and sticks their name on them, but inside quality is not great. Hilton got it right! Chicfila standards!!! read more

A Hidden Gem in the Desert! I had such an amazing stay here, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're planning to visit, this place is a must. From the moment I arrived, I felt so comfortable and at home. It's like a desert rose -- beautiful, peaceful, and full of warmth. The staff is incredible. Seriously, they're some of the nicest people I've ever met at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in and had everything I needed. Especially Rain when I checked in [which was stressful] -- It really made my week-long stay feel special how nice everyone was. The room was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable -- perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, they're super dog-friendly, which was a huge win for me and my pup. She felt right at home, and I could tell the staff genuinely cares about their four-legged guests too. I felt totally safe the whole time I was there, and the vibe of the place is just so welcoming. If you're looking for a spot that's clean, comfy, and full of good energy, this is it. Can't wait to come back! read more

We are always welcomed to the hotel by Marcell at the front desk with her friendliness and she makes us feel at home while away from home. Thanks Marcell for your excellent customer care! The hotel rooms are clean, quiet, and the complimentary breakfast is good. read more

Clean, no smells (if anything it smells new or remodeled), beds actually have mattress covers under meath them, no signs of bugs. Good hotel. There is construction all night on the highway, but you can easily turn the AC unit on and drown it out. read more

The front desk lady was so sweet and informative! The rooms and bathroom were super clean and the pillows were really fluffy, so they must've been new. The parking was well lit, making it feel safe at night. The only critique I have is that I could hear every stomp/step from the people in the room above me, which woke me up at one point. I feel like this is a common issue at most hotels though. Other than that, everything was excellent! read more

Marcell is sweet. She checked me in and followed up with me multiple times. The hotel Very clean/new.
