And there was a lovely little grape arbor in the back... I grew up in the house and as I got older worked the 12 units with my grandparents. My grandparents had a great business off old highway 99 , but retired, sold , moved across town in 1978.

I was not far from the office and the signal was too weak to pick up, so I was unable to work on my work. And there was no fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer etc. Just the basics. And the guy who I assume is the owner has a bit of a grumpy disposition. But, for the price this place is a hidden gem.
