Owner has placed a hold on all funds available on DOORDASH CRIMSON CARDS CASH APP...ETC... On 9/20/25 i put $20 in gas. Towne Pump held all funds available in my account. The hold will not be lifted until 9/24/25!!! I will not be going back to this station as I was informed this morning the owner of this particular station implemented this policy on his own so maybe not all towne pump stations do this. I'll be contacting CORP...if can get through their mountains of selections to find a human!! The station has a vacant number whatever that means so they don't answer. This isn't right. He's holding all my funds until 24th and I have a car payment due!!! read more

Beware using your credit card this company puts a $200 hold on your card until they're paid from the pump charges

I was in Medford, OR this evening for a Christmas Party put on by my financial institution and needed some petrol in my vehicle. After receiving a receipt and departing, I noticed that only 3/4 of the tank was full from the indicator on the dashboard. Thinking to myself, could this be a fault with the indicator. Stopped at Arco AM/PM in Ashland, OR to test my theory. The vehicle took the gasoline and the needle reached full afterwards. No problem with the sensor. All is well. read more

Pitiful customer service. Was refused service because I didn't pull up to the most convenient location for the lazy worker. Was informed I could "pump my own gas or leave." Hope ownership is aware that's $60 a week, every week, of lost business because of their awful employee. read more

I stopped by for gas this afternoon. Waited.. waited.. waited... while people that came in after me were served. The heavy-set male attendant saw me but chose to ignore me and help the customers that were closet to him. Unbelievable. I've never seen anyone so lazy in my life. If the Towne Pump is going to employ such a lazy, rude person, I'll take my business elsewhere. After reading the reviews, it's obvious this same attendant has a pattern of treating customers badly and the Towne Pump refuses to acknowledge it. Bye.. Bye.. I DoorDash and and have come to this location almost everyday to get $30 in gas for over the last year, great experiences! But they just hired a new guy who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went there a couple of days ago and before he walked over to my car I heard him complain that the lady in front of me didn't tell him card while he was filling her gas can, even though you could see her standing there holding the card towards him. Then he walked over to me and I asked for "$30 regular with a receipt". He didn't even stand there to listen to what I said or repeat it back to me. When the gas was finished he asked if I wanted a receipt and I said "yes". Then he said, "what?" in an annoyed manner to which I again said "yes". He then walked over to me and in a condescending manner said, "I'm just going to whisper today. Whisper so that no body can hear me. whisper. whisper." To which I said that I didn't need him to be smart to me. Today I drove back to get gas and he walked over and said, "So, you still mad at me?" "It's noisy here you need to learn how to talk and stop whispering". To which I replied that he was rude and unprofessional and then he started blaming me that I can't talk. I am a 37 year old woman who knows how to properly speak and doesn't need to be harassed and treated rude by someone because they don't take the time to stop and listen to what you say. He was rude and insulting and I will never return to this station nor will I recommend it to anyone else. There's another Towne Pump next to Lava Lanes with kind employees. read more

I'm not one to reveiw gas stations, but the ongoing attitude with the disgruntled attendants is ridiculous. Every time I pull in for gas (maybe twice a month) the disappointment and disgust in their faces is odd. It then carries over when they can barely mutter a word when asking you what you need. Never a hello or thank you, just a pissed off glare that you had the nerve to pull in for gas, interrupt the co-workers conversation, and had the audacity to ask for gas. If I could give this a ZERO, I would. I have been coming here for many years. It's not the most convenient location, but I do. Today, I was absolutely disgusted as to how I got treated. It wasn't horribly busy, so I pulled in from East McAndrews, behind someone else, shut my car off and waited. In the meantime, that car finished and left. A heavy set male employee came to my window, took my card and asked me to pull forward. I told him I was leaving the same way I came in (it wasn't busy-no one was behind me) as it's impossible to get out on Crater Lake Ave. He rudely handed me back my card and said I could pump my own FN gas!!! He then walked away spewing more profanities, saying this was BS.... I thought, fine, I CAN pump my own gas, I don't need to be treated like that! No one does. As I started getting out, a young thinner male attendant swooped in and apologized for the behavior and began pumping my gas. He stated he (the other guy) was having a bad day. It's just inexcusable behavior in any job. Needless to say, I got my gas, backed out and left the way I came in. read more

Great location. Fast efficient service. This is a really busy intersection and I'm surprised this place isn't more busy.

crater lake ave location always has silent don't say much type attendants and the location is always clogged up being the cheapest in town and terrible space but the crater lake hwy location has always for years now had the absolute most rude attendants it's like they absolutely hate there job I've experienced the same thing another reviewer dealt with them being to lazy to run a card inside when that's all a cash app,chime,PayPal,Venmo card will allow you to do at there locations unless you want a 150$ hold for a week on your card just all around terrible gas stations with shit service but they are the cheapest of course so most of us choose to get treated like dog shit to save some money read more

There is 1 employee who is constantly the rudest most unhelpful unprofessional lazy person I have ever encountered. Everyone has bad days that is understandable. That is not the case here. He is rude every single time I have interacted with him. Today was the worst experience, I still can't believe what I just witnessed. I have been having issues with my debit card, the chip isn't working so you have to try it 3 times then swipe it. A pain yes but not the end of the world. This employee tried it once, handed it back saying " card doesn't work" and walked away. When we politely asked him to try it again he refused and then started cursing at us and flipping us off as we drove away. This is not the first time he refused to service us. My PayPal card, like other debit cards, requires that you run it inside to preauthorize the gas purchase instead of at the pump. Again no big deal at any other gas station however he refuses to even pretend to be interested in doing his job. I could go on and on with examples of his attitude and complete lack of customer service. Even when paying with cash the distain for his job and the customer is apparent. Unfortunately this is a convenient gas station with good prices otherwise I would never stop here again just to avoid a possible interaction with this lovely gentleman. read more
