The walk through (x2) were clean with very little issues to correct-even on the 3rd party inspections. Nathan Adams was personable and knew his build and his crew. Very Impressive!!! Shortly after purchasing my home, a series of miscommunications and oversights lead to prolonged delays in addressing some minor unfinished repairs that stemmed from post-construction mishaps and damages, which were later revealed to be no fault of the builder. Additionally, certain design elements of the driveway made it impossible to utilize the parking garage. Both of these issues made for an inconvenient and frustrating initial few months of home ownership. But eventually, my concerns caught the attention of the company's two primary partners, Ed and Thomas. Once the issues were explained in detail over several email exchanges, they were more than willing to accommodate my repair requests and even went so far as to redesign my driveway, which they were really under no obligation to do so. After speaking with Ed and Thomas, it became apparent that they are both genuinely concerned in making sure their clients are thoroughly satisfied with their homes and that any issues be dealt with in a timely manner. I believe my case was entirely the result of a breakdown in communication within the companies various departments and in no way a reflection of how they conduct business. I don't believe that it was the intent of Paradisa Homes to delay addressing my home's repairs had upper management been made initially aware. Ed and Thomas have been nothing more than courteous and accommodating during these past few weeks. And my frustration has given way to genuine gratitude for their utmost professionalism.

Gary and his team took our house down to the studs, destroyed and rebuilt the back 1/3 of the house to replace a crappy patio foundation that had been closed in at some point by previous owners, and added a second level. From the get-go, we had a stellar experience with Gary. During our introductory meeting, he spent as much time as we needed talking with us about our project, his process, and the way he does business, and did an exceptional job of setting our expectations up front. His ballpark estimate was right in line with the other bid we obtained, which immediately gave us confidence in his estimating. We signed with him without hesitation. About a month before the project was set to start, I realized I had completely lost my mind ... it was a *terrible* idea to move out of my home for 7 months. I was too chicken to call Gary on the phone, so I sent him an email telling him that I thought we should delay the project for at least 6 months because I just couldn't deal with it. Like the best therapist, Gary listened with compassion and then broke down my monumental, paralyzing mountain of stuff that had to be accomplished into its most basic elements. "I know it doesn't feel like it, but you're almost done with the hard work," he told us. He sent a list of what we needed to do, with deadlines (this is something he did countless times during the project, which was great!), and helped me get a grip. Much to my husband's relief, the project proceeded as planned. Did I mention that we expected to be out of our home for 7 months? Gary finished almost 2 months early. How? In my opinion, it's because he respects and watches out for his subs, and they return the favor by moving mountains to get stuff done for him. It was truly a joy to watch -- at one point during the project, one of our neighbors remarked that there were almost always people at our house, and they were *always* working. Speaking of our neighbors, living next to a project like ours can be a nightmare. Gary walked the neighborhood before the project started, talked with our neighbors about what to expect, and left letters with each neighbor with his personal contact information. I know of two times during the project when neighbors had complaints ... in both cases, Gary immediately -- and very diplomatically -- addressed them. Now that we're back in our gorgeous "new" home and we've paid the last bill, Gary's level of service hasn't faltered a bit. We've reached out to him with a couple questions and issues, and he has responded immediately, reached out to subs or vendors as necessary, and obtained exactly the "fixes" we believe are necessary - at no cost to us. The workmanship throughout our home is absolutely gorgeous, and the materials are of excellent quality and exactly as specified by us and our architect. He even added a number of "Gary-isms," such as rebuilding a fence for us (not in the contract -- we had planned to have him reinstall the old fence) because it faces the street and the old fence would have looked terrible against our shiny house. I can't recommend Gary and Urban Home Builders enough.

Reported it in June 2026. Their warranty manager, Josh, came out in August to look at it and I haven't heard a word from him since -- over a month of silence. No confirmation, no repair, no timeline. If this is how a documented, code-relevant defect gets handled, think hard before buying from Coventry.

He was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. Collaboration is his priority from the beginning and he made it very convenient through the use of screen share as we designed the home together. We were really impressed with the architectural 3D model that Daniel created. It was amazing that we were able to have a computer-generated 3D model to visualize the complete exterior as well as the outdoor entertaining, outdoor kitchen, and the pool and spa area. We were able to have the majority of our meetings in the evenings after we got off work and we even did a screen share to collaborate on our laptop while we were out of town visiting family. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about both the architectural and contractual aspects of building, but he seems to have a great instinct for what the client is looking achieve. He also had the desire to study alternatives and create several layouts that might make the most sense for the lifestyle we described. This is not a complaint about our home, as this is a complaint about their construction workers and their upper management. Since, March, when I bought my car, I have had 4 flat tires. Drees Homes are the ONLY houses that have gone up around us and no other builder. All of the Westin homes have been built and sold! I brought up the concern of constant flat tires and the nails we have picked up ourselves up to the HOA Management and they told me to contact Drees. I didn't hear from anyone for over 3 weeks after numerous email, calls, and voicemails left. I finally heard back. The Area Construction Manager stated they will tighten up on their crews and enforce better clean up, but they cannot and will not take responsibility for any of the flat tires myself or the rest of the neighbors have experienced. They said the nail could have come from anywhere. (I have had to drive past the Drees home while under construction in order to get to my home. All these flats have happened immediately after passing their builds.) I am thankful that we didn't purchase a home as they can't even and won't take responsibility of their crews. To add, we actively saw one of their crews drinking Coronas on the jobsite and were hammering in a board to fit into an area where they cut the board incorrectly. I would strongly suggest staying away from these builders. They can't even compensate tires let alone what may come up in your future build.

From the moment that we set foot in the sales office of Brightland homes (then Gehan homes) we were…read moreamazed at the level of communication that we received. We started our build back in December of 2020 and our home was done in exactly six months, in June of 2021. We had two home inspections done by an independent inspector, and although no major concerns came back they were very prompt and attentive to our warranty requests. Even after our home was finished the on-site manager kept in touch with us and kept communication open. A few minor issues came around (nothing major, just some caulk fill-ins and paint touches) and they were always very quick to respond. Fast forward to today, when I discovered that I had a leak on my water main. Within ten minutes they had sent someone out to fix it up, and even though it was technically out of warranty they still took care of it because it might not have been installed absolutely correctly. In this day and age of houses being thrown up every hour and subpar standards and practices, I'm so thankful that we've gotten so lucky these past few years. I can't recommend Brightland enough, and I hope that everyone has an experience as pleasant as ours!

The houses started falling apart so bad people were showing up at his house and he moved completely from the neighborhood because of it. They were giving loans through bank of america to people who shouldnt have qualified and kept these people approving move in nspection walk thrus aggressively threatening to pull out your approval if you didnt!!! Stay far away from these people, they changed their name but cant hide from the internet, look up Gehan homes especially Stone Creek Ranch in Fort Worth Tx
