The longtime proprietor, Mehmet Yalcin, widely known for his expertise, sadly died last year, however, his daughter, Rabia Yalcin, is now running the store. She's been at her father's side from the beginning, and so the torch has been passed. I met with Rabia recently and she's hit the ground running. She's knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to do business with. I can recommend this treasure trove of carpets and village arts that originate from countries found on the famous Silk Road. It's a one-of-a-kind place and very worth your time.

At first glance, the rug appeared to look better, but when I looked more closely, it did not look fresh or thoroughly cleaned. The edges of the carpet in particular, still looked dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. I contacted the company and sent photos showing the areas I was not satisfied with. However, the representative responded by sending photos taken in direct sunlight and stated that the carpet looked fine. Those photos do not reflect what I am seeing in person. I also found it concerning that after cleaning the carpet, the technician placed the couch back on top of the rug, even though he said it would take time for the carpet to dry. It doesn't make sense to place furniture back onto a freshly cleaned and still-wet carpet. This made me question whether the work was done properly. Because of these issues, I remain dissatisfied with the rug cleaning service and would appreciate a proper resolution.

Justin was right on time for our appointment and I enjoyed our chat. I had 3 very large handmade wool rugs to be cleaned and he measured them all and gave me a price for each rug. At $1.25 per square foot including pick up and delivery, I was very happy that my beautiful rigs would be fresh and clean and I would not have to spend an extraordinary amount of money to do it. The following week, a Midland Floor Care team came out and picked up my rugs, both young men were personable and professional. Very nice to deal with. My rugs are taking slightly longer than the usual time to process, but the important thing from a customers service prospective is that Justin is very prompt about replying to phone calls and texts, so I know exactly where things stand. Communication is often missing from customer service these days, but Justin is excellent. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.

The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the stuff they sell. They have a great selection of furniture on display and they do carry a whole bunch of brands in the mid to upscale range. Staff is also very laid back and we did not feel rushed or pushed around at all! Their prices are the best we have seen and sure saved us a trip to High Point NC! Definitely will go back again :)
