The best part is they didnt even replace the entire catalytic converter, only half of it, then telling me the other half I should keep an eye on as its starting to rot. I was beyond livid. A few years before this, They did work on one of my tires and lost my hubcap, didnt replace it or give me any money for it. I went to Sullivans in Plymouth for decades, they were always good with service, this Sullivans is horrific and will nickle and dime you, lie to you and take you for everything you've got ; just check the other reviews. I am a local and make damn sure to tell people never to go here. They are a stain on the neighborhood.

A few hours after leaving the car, I got a call explaining what repairs were needed, and also what maintenance was recommended, with a very clear explanation of both, and a price for each. The repairs were completed the next day. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, and I was delighted to learn that Sullivan Tire is an employee-owned business. Then it got even better. My check-engine light came on again, after just a few miles of driving. I called the shop and again, I got an appointment right away. They addressed the problem immediately, test drove the car, and had it back to me within a couple of hours. And there was no charge. This is my garage from now on!

After waiting over an hour with no status updates or further information, I saw my car driven out of the shop and took the initiative to check out. I had too much faith in the verbal estimate I had been provided over the phone and did not receive an itemized bill until after I had paid: upon leaving the shop I recognized the bill was incorrect. I called the shop within 30-minutes of leaving and was told that the remaining team members could not explain why my car had been charged for a brake fluid service or if it had truly been completed, as it was not a service I requested or had been contacted about. The person I spoke with assured me I would receive a call the day after, Friday October 2, explaining the brake fluid service charge. I have yet to receive a phone call explaining this unapproved $166.37 charge and why I was not provided the $75 military discount I was provided on the phone. There seems to be no explanation for why a service was done without my consent, without clear documented reason or record, and why I yet again did not receive the advertised military discount. Look somewhere else for clear communication, honesty, and customer service oriented consistency.

The service guy or manager or owner who came after I arrived with her girlfriend told me that it was just for front tires. I wanted to show him that coupon. After he said if you back side has another problem we are not going to touch it without look my car. He did not check my car back tires and he said he will do just front. I did not accept it and left the store. He was so rude and looks like he was in rush. His girlfriend was waiting him at the car. After I left they left too.
