The sauté with tomato, onion and mushroom is the same you'd get with lamb tongues (a personal favorite...if you know, you know) or other sauté type dishes at Lebanese style Arabic restaurants. It really pops flavor-wise with a nice balance of savory herbs and a bite of acidic zest from lemon juice. This is what I will come back for. The fattoush was also delicious. I really liked the light dressing. There was no fried bread in it, just some dry bits and not much of it. I really thought it was more like a standard Lebanese style salad. Fortunately, I loved it. I like salad a lot. The lamb shish kabob was tenderized! Finally, someone understands this critical detail! They were well sized, perfectly cooked medium and the flavor was nice.
