Great Lebanese baked goods for anytime of the day. Note the new hours. On this sunday morning, everyone was here to pick up some goodies for brunch. I recommend ordering freely with the reasonable prices and invite a bunch of friends to enjoy these delightful pastries. Baked fresh on the premises. Some items you will find: meat pie squares, spinach triangles, broccoli "sticks", and cheese "dumplings." Zatar is wonderful savory spice blend. Kibbeh, cracked wheat fritters with meat filling. Just go with what catches your eye as I spend $20 and walked out with twenty pastries and a fresh squeezed OJ. Efficient friendly staff. To place an order grab a ticket number, ot when it is crowded wait on line. Once you place an order, you can proceed to the cashier. Sadly, I missed the sweets section as it is in a showcase past the registers. Inside seating available, but this place can be bustling so consider take out.

Got a take out lunch. The online ordering was really nice. You could either create an account or just use Apple ID. I really like the fact that the menu had pictures. The shop was well maintained and clean, they had hand sanitizers and paper for opening the doors. . They had verity of hot Mediterranean food, sweets, olives, olive oil, breads etc. Looks like they did have seating area but closed because of the COVID thing. The food was fresh, the mini pies are cute, especially for the kids. As a vegetarian I thought they had a good amount of choice. The veggie Lebanese pizza was awesome.. I think this would be perfect for me for a work day lunch take out or dinner with family.. they also do offer catering sizes for parties and stuff. Love it love it..

I drive past this location all the time and I'm upset with myself for not trying them out sooner! A friend recommended their fresh breads and pies and I knew I had to try them out asap. I got a mix of everything and the staff member was so helpful and welcoming. I believe I got an assortment of 10 pastries and the total came out to $9 -which I was expecting to be much higher. Not only is the food a great value but everything was delicious! The meat pies were seasoned to perfection, the zaatar was stunning, and the spinach and cheese pies left me wanting more. After my first visit I was back within the week for visit number 2. I'll definitely be coming back soon and telling friends/family about this spot. Check out my Instagram from more @hangry_detroiter

Very popular place for lunch. Fresh made manaeesh and they have a lot of middle eastern/European sweets and candies Lunch time is pretty busy so beware. Service is pretty quick if you don't order a lot

This is a really great bakery & cafe filled with all kinds of mini pies, breads, sweets and delicious Lebanese dishes. They have superb protocols in place for Covid-19 as well. Upon walking in, everyone must be wearing a mask and all the employees are wearing one as well. They have spots on the floor to keep people distanced. You can either call ahead and head straight to the register to pick up your order, or order at the counter and "along the way" while waiting in line if you pick up goodies in the shelves. I ordered several things, all which were delicious and such a great price! - garlic sauce - hummus - mini spinach pie - mini cheese pie - mini zaatar pie - long cheese - cheese sanbusek - two falafel sandwiches - sofoof (should have ordered more of this!) - maamoul (pistachio & date) Everything was *delicious*. The portions are wonderful, the price is so fare, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you stop in here for a lunch or dinner (or even breakfast) or pick up some groceries and goods or food to go!

After months of COVID shutdown and not trying out too many new places, I was excited to try out this middle eastern bakery! This was an easy, painless process with the online ordering, specifying the pickup date/time. I walked in at the scheduled time, and was in and out in less than a minute - they had my order bagged up and ready to go! Service was friendly. Downside to online ordering, though, is that you can't see them put it together to ensure it's accurate. The accuracy of my order was almost perfect, except that I was missing 1 sanbusek. I should've opened it all up in my car to check it before going home, but oh well, not the end of the world. As far as the taste of the food, it was overall very good! Everything was fresh and warm. I ordered an assortment: mini meat pies, mini broccoli & cheese pies, sanbusek, falafel, and fried kibbie. My favorite of these is the meat pie/sanbusek (the sanbusek is essentially a meat pie in a different shape - my Lebanese friend says that sanbusek are usually deep fried, but these were not). The filling of ground beef, tomato, and onion was seasoned beautifully and the bread was delicious too. The broccoli & cheese pies were okay, but probably won't order a dozen again next time. There wasn't much flavor to the filling, as I don't think there was much cheese in it in relation to the broccoli. The bread was still very good, though. Falafel were okay - seasoned pretty well, although they were on the drier side. The kibbie had the well-seasoned meat inside, but it was a bit on the heavy/greasy side. I do appreciate the complimentary tahini with the falafel/kibbie and the bag of pita bread that I didn't have to order or pay for! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back if and when I'm in the area, to try other items (and eat more of the meat pies)!

We ordered food for breakfast.. we ordered Manaqeesh zaatar, chicken shawarma, meet pies, suju pies, spinach and cheese pies.. service was incredibly fast and staff were so friendly.. Place was clean ... today the suju didn't taste the way it should be although the dough was fresh and everything else was authentic and fresh

Today's treat a dozen Falafel only 5 bucks, long Sojuk n Cheese Delicious with Toum a favorite of mine. A large Mango Strawberry Smoothie and Fruit cup. Been a while still open 24 hours month of Ramadan place packed with those getting goodies for Iftar dinner. I been shopping here 6 years always fast friendly service Mega selection of hot foods and Bakery goods. Most beautiful big dining room with clean restrooms. Best Falafal Ever WOW. OK folks this super great bakery and eating spot has got me so hooked on the very best Falafal ever. We tried the Kafta platter with humus and the chicken platter Shawarma with salad. The chicken was craved off the spit. The hummus was very smooth and creamy. I always get back and try this very large menu of goodies.

So, seriously the food is good. BUT.... if you end up with a bunch of stuff you didn't want, and few of items you DID want, then you'd better pay attention to what your sales clerk is putting together for you cuz HE DOESN'T LISTEN WHEN YOU SPEAK. Nae, he doesn't think... I had only gone in for 3 za'3tar pies and a dozen (split between cheese and cheese and pepperoni) mini pies. They were out of the za'3tar so i ordered another pie and hmmmm what else looks good here? "What's the difference between these two trays of stuffed cabbage rolls (malfoof)?" "One's meat and one's veggie." "Can i have two meat pls?" (They're pretty big.) I get home and open up my order. ??? I have one dozen of pepperoni pies (no plain cheese like i ordered), and i have two VEGGIE GRAPELEAVES. ??? What happened to my malfoof? I call the guy to let him know that with my small order of 3 items he screwed up 2 out of 3. "Sorry, i can put aside what you ordered and you can come back and pick it up." Really guy, i'm home now with my shoes and coat off, sitting down to eat, i'm not getting back in my car... he continues to make it worse, "but i didn't charge you for anything you didn't get." Somehow it doesn't occur to him that if i order something its cuz that's what i want to eat. Some people aren't picky; i guess i learned that i am. So I settle down to eat my veggie grapeleaves, and WHAT -- they are MEAT grapeleaves. WoW Good Thing i like meat - good thing i'm not a vegetarian. Dude, focus man. Focus!

Some of the best Middle Eastern meat pies around. Very light and not overwhelmingly dense.

Great quality and tasty food. I gave four stars because my chicken shwarma had little tiny bones.. I wish it wasn't included in the sandwich
