First off, I absolutely hate taking my car to get fixed BUT I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nick! Let Me tell you... He was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so caring while servicing my car. He mentioned that he had to take my car to the back and mark it up. He pulled my car around with a million markings on my entire car. Lol he wanted to show me exactly what they were going to fix, what they were not going to fix, and how. Nick also reminded me of how much gas I had in my car. After leaving my car in their car, Burnside sent me text messages of estimates of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I was looking at a 5 day turn around. The next day, two days later, I received a phone call stating my car was ready to go! Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned my car and as a courtesy they also fixed my lightbulb! When I picked up my car, Nick was there to greet me. He pulled my car around and explained to me every single thing they fixed! First off, it's nice to have the same person to work with the entire time. Second, It's refreshing to experience working with good businesses and knowledgeable associates and to top it off, they have a warranty on what they fixed. I'm so happy my car insurance recommended them! It's pricey, but it's So worth it! P.S the receptionist was bomb as well! She remembered who I was and asked about my kids! I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. The estimate was about 600 but strangely the next day when they started the work, I got a call from them saying I didn't need all the new parts and the eventual price was reduced to $173. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.

They hounded us to get it fixed while telling us the wrong things to do. My wife and I (with two small kids we need to tote around) still have not been able to register 9 months in to our lease! Eventually this place was taken to court for selling our trade in without getting the title fixed. AJ Roush and Steve Reynolds offered no help, knowing all of this took place. They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. Never do business with this company. I look forward to my lease being over so I can get away from this place. I will never do business with them again.
