What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here. Regular mechanics were all closed. Called Anthony and he was at my side in 20minutes (after helping another client nearby get back into their locked car), he changed out my flat tire in minutes, had all the right gear, so professional, amazing positive attitude, assessed the problem with the blown out tire, gave me great advice on what to keep in the trunk & how to get home safely. AND his rate was SUPER reasonable. Just got home - so relieved. My friend from whom I borrowed the car was so happy I could resolve the problem and save her a long trip. Anthony was my roadside angel! I am storing his # in my phone if I ever need roadside assistance again.

The dispatcher answered my request and the tow man, Doug, was very patient. He looked under the hood. At first, he thought it was the starter. He had me test each adjustment he made.
