We went to Tower Burger because of the rave reviews we saw and, for the most part, they were spot on. Huge portions and a great atmosphere. There were a few issues though. I ordered my burger rare and it came out medium. They forgot the fried egg also, but the staff was quite friendly and quickly corrected the error. My loaded fries were tasty, but after digging down past the top layer, I was disappointed to see that the cheese was only on the top. With as many fries as there were, the cheese should have been layered. If I go back, I will definitely request layered cheese. My daughter ordered the wings and she ate them all, but she said that the heat was there, but no real flavor. Grandma got the patty melt and onion rings and she loved every bite! Expect to pay for all sides. The burgers were $8.50 and the side of fries was an extra $3. Add any extras and a drink and you'll pay roughly $15 for each meal. read more

Have yet to be disappointed here at Tower Burger Co. ambience cool & relaxing, considering how busy they get it's always clean . Staff is fantastic super friendly & welcoming , if you have any questions about the menu they are quick with an answer.. Once you order they do let you know how long it will be for your order to be ready & time given is pretty accurate. Once you get your order staff will go by to see if all is ok or if you need anything , great customer service. I took my mom who is pretty picky about her food especially hamburgers . I ordered her a child's meal don't let that fool you it's a fairly good size . She absolutely loved it as well as her fries left nothing on her plate. This is the spot for burgers and wings. Go to the Alamo location if you're in a hurry. The xo wings smack hard. I usually get the bacon cheese and add mushrooms with grilled onions. The wings are pretty big and will fill you up. They serve a pound of fries with the combo. I've never been able to finish the fries. read more

About the burgers: Good size, stick to the classic ones, the premium ones are good, but the classic one will do just fine. No need to pay the extra. About the fries; Good fries, either kind, wet or regular will hit the spot. If you get the loaded fries, you will also be on the right track. Staff are also friendly and the environment is feet as well. First time I went they took a long time to prepare the food. However, I didn't mind the wait. Although my dad talked this place up about the burgers and food I have to say the service sucked. My dad did hear that your take out service was slow via other reviews but we took a chance and were hoping the reviews were wrong. Unfortunately the reviews are correct and your take out service is bad. My dad and I were in the area and we placed an order via phone at 2:02pm. The lady happily took our order and the card information and said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. My dad and I got there at 2:20pm and the lady greeted us and said our order would be out. At 2:50pm we checked on the order via a woman behind the counter where the food comes out and she told us that our order never went through but the kitchen was going to work on it right away. She told us our order would be ready in five minutes and we decided to ask for our money back due to waiting thirty minutes in the restaurant. Two other people who came right after us got their order right away. Another guy came in and his take out order was given to him. At about 2:55pm another person came out to explain why our take out order wasn't ready and it was a different story. The guy's story was that the receipt machine ran out of paper and so it didn't print our order out. After all was said and done my dad finally got his money back and it was 3:02pm when we got out of the restaurant. I came here with my dad thinking this was going to be great food but the whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the service is terrible and they don't take into account good and hospitable customer service. They are not on the same page when explaining to a customer about why the order is not ready. Hopefully this restaurant will do better next time for other customers. If you are a customer visiting from out of town and seeing family in the valley I do not recommend this restaurant for take out or dine in service. read more

4.5! Amazing buns! Decent fries! I got the tower burger with onion strings. I asked for medium rare patty and I got exactly what I asked for. The bun was toasted with butter and had a slight crunchiness that was just perfection! The sunny side up egg was okay. I'd have liked it a little more runny but because it wasn't, nothing got messy. The burger as an overall is a 4. I would have liked to have some kind of sauce on it instead of me having to figure out a good combo. But there were A1 sauce, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce available for that purpose. I am a huge fan of onion rings so when I got onion strings I was excited. Basically mini onion rings with light batter. A generous amount of onion strings were served. I liked it but I kind of felt greasy and I didn't eat it as much after awhile. It's a little far but I'd be open to go again to try other burgers. It's vegetarian friendly as you can substitute your patty with a vegetarian option if dietary restriction is of concern. (I tasted loaded fries but something just didn't feel right (it was okay). The plain fries were good though). read more

The burger meat was not overly rich, but not wowing me either. I think that if you order it with some extras like a fried egg and bacon, it balances out the flavor for a person who doesn't really like super salty food, the meat was okay to me. The fries were super oily and even had this burned greasy taste of re-used oil, not good. The loaded potato fries were a lot better than regular fries. The onion crisps were very good on their own, but added them to my chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was good, but they used some mustard greens for the veggie to give it that grassy/spicy kick, but gave the sandwich a bad odor. It was not bad with their original sauce and overall think it was an interesting use on mustard greens..! Fountain drinks were good and not flat at all, the tea was good, but they ran out of that nearing closing time. :c The price was good for the portion, it is very big!
