Finally got the chance to try out this place. Did a pick up instead and went for the Fire burger since I was curious about the in-house spicy house sauce made with 3 different chilis. I asked if fries came with it but the girl told me over the phone that fries are free only with a drink purchase. I opted out since I had some frozen fries which I can airfry. I also ordered the fried mushrooms. Got home made my air fry fries and to my surprise fries where included!!! But glad I made my own fries, since theirs were pretty dry and over fried. Fried mushrooms were alright. Now to the burger. I asked for added grilled onions but for 2$ charge , just too much I think. Burger was good...better than my visit At Michaels. Ok, folks this is the second time I have eaten at this place and you better come hungry. So I reviewed of the reviews regarding the meat. Well, I like this place because they make the beef paddies by hand. They are not frozen and are not slapped on the grill. As for the fries, they are also made fresh. This is why I love this place. It reminds me of my mother who would make burgers the same way (homemade). If you want a genuine burger this is the place to go. Both times i was there the place was full and the waitress were super nice, and they asked me server times if I needed a drink or something else. Furthermore, when I was walking out the cook always thanks you for eating at his establishment and super humble. Massive Burgers! I had the Mushroom-Swiss Burger and the mushrooms were really tasty. The beef was a little dry, but can be remedied by asking for it medium next time. My brother had the BBQ Burger and he got more than a handful. It had so much bacon that he gave some to both me, and my other brother. Insane! This place was GREAT!!!! Loved the food as well as the decor. Music was a little loud but not so much that it ruined the experience. I really liked the burger better than 5 Guys and In & Out Burger. Not bad. It was recommended from a local. Burgers are big and they supposedly grind them in house. My two "beefs"; 1. Too much fat in the meat. I know I shouldn't expect 93/3 meat, but I chewed on a little too much fat for my preference. 2. They will not cook the beef to order. I prefer mine medium rare. I ordered the South Western Burger and it was really good. It is messy, but finger licking good. In this Burger is a single patty, chili, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and no pickles. These burgers are big. They do not come with a side of fries nor drinks. You can request them to be double patties or even triple (for those who dare lol).
