Very reasonable. Has helped me with a dead battery and then a tow. He's there when he says he will be there and good prices!

We have been taking our cars here for the last 7 years that we have been in Morrisville and find…read morethem to be some of the most honest and thoughtful mechanics. They will always make room for your car and you can drop it off and just come pick it up at the end of the day with no issues. They always make sure to check in if the price of your repair is high and give you options so in case you don't have to do everything at once then you can space it out. They also provide their services at reasonable prices. As a woman, I hate going into car shops and feeling like I'm going to be spoken down to or taken advantage of, thankfully I have NEVER had that experience here. Instead, all the guys are so nice and take their time explaining the issue to me. Come check them out! And for my Spanish speakers, Gus habla español!

I dropped the car off in the morning, it was running fine (I had just driven it to Baltimore and back four weeks in a row). At 4:00 when I hadn't heard from him that it was done (he indicated it would be done by 6:00) I called to see the progress. He told me he was looking to adjust the idle which I told him I didn't want him to do (the car was running fine for the last 70,000 miles which I drove it). I had a rental car so I was in no hurry to get the vehicle. I called Friday to see if the car was done. He (John) indicated the car was done and he had called and left message. He did not, I have not messages on home phone or my cell phone. (First lie). When I went to pick up my car, I paid. I left and the car had no power (acceleration and stalled). When I immediately took the car back to tell him his attitude was like he couldn't care less. He said he did not adjust the idle or anything else that would affect the car's performance. The leak has been fixed but now the car is not drivable. When I asked him to fix it he claimed it had come in that way. (Second lie). It had not. I now have to take my car to my other mechanic to see if he can undo what his shop has done. I hope it can be fixed. I don't recommend anyone ever use his shop for repairs.

Worst towing company I've ever worked with. They hire out other companies without informing the…read morecustomer. The problem with that, is that the companies they hire have different contracts they'll ask you to sign upon picking up your vehicle, not disclosing that they have entirely different stipulations for towing! Road Runners contract for example, says you can have up to 100lbs of cargo in your vehicle, not to reach the window. However the company they used to tow my vehicle doesn't allow ANY cargo at all, which they did not tell me at any point. Only after they loaded my vehicle did I get an ominous phone call from the company informing me I owed them $200 extra. They claim it was the weight, which they had not even done at that point. When I told them this is changed his tune and said "well we don't allow any cargo at all. We aren't a moving company." I feel like I was tricked, and on top of that when they got to my destination threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay extra. The original quote they gave me was $1100, they then changed it to $1500. PLUS the extra 200 for a few of my belongings. They are crooks, not to be trusted (oh yes they can only be paid the extra in cash; not sus at all I'm sure.) and I will never ever recommend them to anyone.
