This is a small bakery located inside of the Galleria Market in Northridge. This location does not have seating area like the other Tous Les Jours. At first, I was disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying some pastries and coffee. This bakery is French bakery fusion, they have similar pastries that you can find in most of the French bakeries. I got several pastries and they all tasted really good and fresh. I also got a birthday cake and it tasted really fresh. The young lady who was working was very nice and friendly. She even informed us that coffee will take several minutes to be ready. Tous Les Jours at the corner inside the Galleria on Reseda Blvd, can't believe I forgot all about this sweet bakeshop being here. The smell of sweets and bread greets you as soon as you walk in. My parents would frequent this location and bakeshop for years and pick up the yummy tiramisu cake, strawberry & lychee cake and mango cake to name a few. My child and I decided to stop by and pick up some pastries and treats for the week. The young lady working at the counter was very helpful and she reminded me of their baking practices and cross contamination information in their kitchen. She provided excellent customer service. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. We bought the Mocha Cake Mini, Cheese Cake Mini and Honey Castella snacks for the week. Labels are detailed regarding ingredients and food allergens which we truly appreciate. The Mocha Cake Mini was delicious and not too sweet. You can taste the mocha yet it's not overpowering. The Cheese Cake Mini has a good texture and it was good. The Honey Castella had just the right amount of sweetness. The honey isn't overly saturated. When I was in college, I used to munch on freshly-cooked sandwich slices with raisins on it (call it raisin bread or loaf bread), it was fluffy and soft to the touch. Looking back, I'd watch myself demolish a whole pack in a few minutes while ignoring today's caloric counters, to date. Guess what, I've finally found who has it: Tous Les Jours has them fresh like they were, many years ago. Ignore my sentiments but they too offer many other varieties, toasts, sandwich cheese breads, cakes, Tiramisu, fritters, I can go on and on. What's worth visiting is the fact that they cook their bread fresh and clean; I usually visit their branch on Vermont and Olympic next to the Korean Grocery store and usually, they make their bread fresh. Why Tous Les Jours why?!?? Tous Les Jours cakes were my life. It didn't have to be anybody's birthday or special occasion. We used to get one just because. That's how yummy these cakes used to be. The past three times we've gotten a cake from this location, it's been a disappointment. There used to be a thin layer of strawberry compote on the bottom layer. Now it's filled with some artificial tasting goop. When you cut a slice, the top layers just slide off. It tastes like you've eaten a sugar free cough drop. Gross. It better not taste like that for a $50+ cake. I called to ask them about it and they said that they've always used this strawberry goop. I don't think so. It's a tiny little bakeshop yet satisfying our sweet cravings. The pastries are organized a well handled.

The ambiance isn't great but their butter bread is the best in town and can't be found anywhere else. I basically come here for that bread.

My go to bakery to purchase cakes. The cakes at Tous Les Jours are light and creamy. Not too sweet and the cakes are decorated with fresh fruits and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. So pretty and delicate. The cake is a Chiffon cake. It's lighter and not to heavy, which makes a very nice light dessert. Expect paying roughly about $45 for a cake and it serves easily 10-12 people without leftovers or seconds. I also appreciate that they provide candles and a plastic cake cutter and the cake is placed in a nice box with handles. Makes it so much easier traveling with it and doesn't slide so when you get to your destination, the cake is untouched on the sides. Just be careful when taking out of the box. Tous Les Jours also has other treats such as French Macarons that looks pretty but have not tried. They also have pastries by the slice and also breads. The breads are just ok. I thought it lacked flavor & moisture. I thought it was dry and questioned if it was a day old bread. YIKES. But I am giving the cakes 5 stars. This bakery is located inside of the Galleria Market and has plenty of parking spaces. This market does get a bit crowded and parking can be challenging at times. read more

I love the Milk bread but the cashier behind the counter is incredibly impolite and had the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. Even homeless people have better attitudes than her. She gave me this immature high school girl attitude and yelled at me that I can't use my credit card because my purchase didn't reach the $10 minimum and that I would have to purchase a bag to meet the minimum. I've tried my hardest not to yell at her back. I didn't want to stoop down to her level. If she would tell me politely that there's a $10 minimum to use credit (or better yet...put up a sign), I wouldn't have come on to this app to write how horrible my experience was with her. I'd rather take my money to 85 degrees bakery and get their milk bread instead. At least their employees are pleasant and follow hand hygiene protocols. Also, if she manages to read this, here's some advice for you: Never lash out on customers like that. That's basic knowledge if you're working anywhere. Whatever personal stuff you're going through, you keep it to yourself and you deal with it outside of work. No one deserves to receive such nasty and unprofessional behavior from you and it 's obvious that you hate your job. You always have a choice to leave. Throughout the years, Tous Les Jours is my family's go-to place for pastries and cakes worth gifting. Literally, any time my mom needs to bring a gift for a family friend's birthday party or a holiday gathering, we stop at Tous Les Jours in Galleria for something aesthetically pleasing. The selection is bigger at this location than the one in Koreatown, I've noticed. The prices have gone up over the years, but the portions have stayed the same. There's samples available during the day, so that's a plus. If you like mocha, matcha, tiramisu or chocolate -- you'll find a few pastries to your liking. The pretty cakes look almost too good to eat, and they'll easily run you over $30. The basic cloud cakes are a hit. They're light, a decent size, and not overly sweet. If I'm not here for an elaborate cake or a few pastries, then this is my pick. I wouldn't recommend much else, though. I've tried their macarons, and I'm not a fan... Hard, and with minimal filling. The price is also outrageous. I suggest avoiding them entirely. They do also have a limited selection of basic drinks like lattes or cappuccinos, but those are on the pricier end. There's a $10 minimum for credit or debit cards, but I've never spent less than $10 here... :) read more

Listen...this is some of the best bread I've had in a while. I happened to encounter it by surprise and I'm so glad I did. I picked out the kimchi croquette, the cheesecake raisin bread, and the mochi pancakes and everything was amazing!!!! The kimchi croquette was so flavorful and has a good portion of filling. The cheesecake bread and mochi pancakes were so fluffy I thought I was eating a cloud. Can't wait to buy more bread. So Tous Les Jours is located in a larger Asian market on Reseda. It's essentially like those "Paris Bakery" locations in Koreatown and what not, but I'm not quite sure about the history of this place. I was looking for macarons and figured this place would be a quick, affordable, and decent pick-up. The bakery is tucked into a corner but they have a wide variety of items. Luckily I wasn't there for other pastries because most of the shelves were empty (granted it was about 6pm on a Friday evening). The cashier was super nice and friendly, assisting me with the macarons and check-out, so there goes the one star. Everything else went down hill. I ordered 10 macarons which totaled $22.50. Each macaron is normally $2.50 but when you order 10 they become $2.25 each. I ordered 7 in a box for a friend and tried 3 for myself. First I tried the cookies and cream. No idea what this flavor actually was because it was nothing like "cookies and cream". Next I tried the chocolate. This was decent and actually "chocolatey". Last but not least, the green tea. Way too much matcha and nothing good about it. All three macarons I tried were super soft and the green tea was mushy. They didn't have the crispness like macarons are supposed to have, and they didn't taste fresh at all. What a shame. I won't be coming back here. read more

My birthday just passed recently, and this year I was in charge of my own cake. (I get what I want this way, rather than being disappointed later on). I was really set on getting some kind of green tea confection. I did my research for green tea cakes, and I was set in going here and picking up one of the green tea cloud cakes. I walked in on Friday afternoon, I didn't immediately see the cake I wanted, but I glanced over at the macarons, and immediately swerved. Why settle on one flavor, when I have a choice of many. I chose the box of 7 because #yolo. I chose 3 green tea, 2 rose, 1 blueberry lavender and 1 coffee. I also stopped by Starbucks and picked up a London fog latte (free) so I wanted something that paired well with the little "crispy cakes". I chose to space out the consumption - that's a whole lot of sugar in one sitting. I had two of green tea, and one rose. The flavor was so delicate and these were perfectly baked. I'm glad these were available, the vanilla flavor was completely sold out. These were a bit on the pricey side, but macaron aren't easy to make and the types of ingredients - well worth the cost. These are definitely worth for any special occasion (or not if that's how you roll). I'm a fan, and it's local. read more

Korean came is by far the best type of cake out there! It's not too sweet, doesn't include shortening (yuck!) and it's light and delicious. The only down side is the cost of the cake. We paid $31 for a cake that serves 4-6 people. I'll always choose a k-cake over any other cake but I would definitely love to learn how to make the cake.
