The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. While waiting at the front, we could hear the baristas chatting and laughing quite a bit. It gave the impression that there wasn't much urgency, even though several cars were waiting in line. We really do love what this business stands for and genuinely want to support local places like this. However, based on this experience, the long wait time, lack of order accuracy, and food quality makes it difficult for us to justify returning. :(
