Stylish, tasty, good time... Service and atmosphere: Shout out to all staff members for being welcoming, helpful, friendly, and very attentive at all times. Thank you Ignacio for taking good care of us during our first visit here. The restaurant is organised, clean, and well decorated. It's a good spot for family gatherings. Food and drinks: Menus exceed in both areas. We chose option with meets that didn't include pork. All meats were very tender, cooked medium or medium rare, and were seasoned very nicely. The salad bar had great selection of side dishes. The dessert was simply delicious. You won't be disappointed when it comes to selection of various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Pricing: $$/$ super well worth it! You have to try this restaurant. P.S. will add pictures of meats next time haha.

Came here because supposedly they offer halal meat so we decided to dine here for a friend's birthday dinner and they're okay with me bringing a birthday cake and birthday candles. I made reservations for 6 on a Friday night and there were only a few customers at that time. Plenty of parking. Nice ambience, casual business wear. Unfortunately, they don't start bringing out the meat till they get busier after 7 pm. Majority of the meat tasted cold. And unfortunately, one of my friends went home that night and vomit around 3 AM. Buffet bar is quite nice with quite a good selections of plantain, salad pasta, fries, mashed potatoes, assortment of cheese and smoked salmon. Again, be wise on what you select as some has been sitting out for awhile. Complimentary cheesecake for birthday celebration but I prefer the birthday cake that I got from Paris Baguette and got my own candles. You have two options for meat selections but we did the less amount of like $35/$39 for each person with unlimited time to the buffet stations. Would I come again? It's not bad but I would come at a much busier time. Compare to their Montrose location, it's just easier for me to get to since it's in Katy. I would have gave it more stars for the selections and ambiance, however, food temperature matters.

We have been frequent visitors of the Montrose location for quite a while. It came to a point where they recognized us. But we took it off rotation for a little bit--obviously they have great food and great service, which is why we kept going to it, but we wanted to try new restaurants, as we are lucky in Houston to have so many options. We came to the Katy location because I saw on social media that it was a new and halal location. I will have to say the number one thing that I like is how large it is. Yes, the Montrose location has more of a date feel, because of how intimate the setting feels, but I like this one because I would actually be able to come with my family for celebrations, since there is ample seating. The location used to be a pizza place, which is why there are pizza and flowers all over the walls in the bathroom, but I actually like the décor and I think it looks nice and classy. The service was great from the time we went in. He wasn't our only server, there is a dance among them to bring different and fresh meats to the table, but Joel, helped us with making sure we had everything that we needed and made the birthday dessert himself that he brought out to us. I think with someone like him overlooking the restaurant's quality, it will continue to do well. The service was great, the salad bar had great salads, like the mozerella ball and crab salad, and they had my number one thing I need at any Brazilian steakhouse--chimmichurri. The meats were done well, perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh. The shrimp was good as well. A great halal restaurant-- I would definitely come here again.

@mytourao is one of my favorite spots for #halal Brazilian steakhouse. This time, I went to the new location in Katy. they have a wide variety of meats. Some of my favorites were the Bottom Sirloin, Garlic Beef, Filet Mignon, Spicy Picanha, Wings, and Shrimp, just to name a few. Everything was just perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy with a lot of flavor. And for the Salad Bar, it also has a lot of options, including cured meats (not halal), fruits, veggies, cheeses, and multiple sides and sauces. overall, it is a great experience it is a little pricey, so make sure you're hungry when you go to get your money's worth, lol

We initially planned to go to Fogo De Chao since they opened a location in Katy. However, they were closed for lunch for a private event. My husband still wanted to get his meats in so we came across this spot on yelp. Turns out it is the Old Chicago pizza location. This was our first time to this restaurant so we didn't know what to expect regarding the meats and the sides. The meats were all tender and surprisingly seasoned well, not salty or overly seasoned. However, the sides were not as good as Fogo or Chama Guacha as most of the side dishes were chilled by the way. Because of the side dishes which we were not super impressed with, I would have given this place 4 stars, however, we had a great dining experience with our server Joel. He was very friendly and super attentive. My husband even received a complimentary birthday cheesecake which was not too sweet and how we prefer our desserts! Oh also, the ambience was nice with relaxing and soothing music that was not too loud. We will definitely be back.

What a great dining experience! This was my first time here. I was heading into heavy rush-hour…read moretraffic, so I decided to avoid it and stop to have a good meal before heading home. This restaurant definitely aims to please. I was being very specific about what I wanted for my ribeye steak tonight; waitress Jessie was awesome and listened carefully to my requests. And then to make sure that I was absolutely happy, she brought Chef Kenneth to the table to discuss what I was looking for. Kenneth returned from the kitchen with three beautiful-looking ribeye steaks and we discussed which one would give me the best dining experience. He does some of the butchering himself so he knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up being served the most fabulous Wagyu steak I've had in a very long time. Unlike the other steaks that can have a seasoning on them, the Wagyu is just salt and pepper and then is served with a beautiful compound butter slathered all over it. They make that butter in-house and it has wine and shallots and bone marrow and other wonderful stuff. Trust me, it's amazing! I ordered extra on the side and poured that all over the top of the steak. Delicious!! Sometimes little things count and it was served with grilled onion that was tasty. I could have had a side of mashed potatoes or asparagus, but I decided to treat myself and try the mac-n-cheese instead. Half of that food was my lunch the next day, so I left enough room for dessert, where my choice was the apple pie bread pudding with cinnamon roll ice cream. That was nice and moist and I enjoyed it. Overall, this was a really great dining experience and I'm so glad that bad traffic gave me the excuse to come here. Will definitely plan a return visit!!

While we completely understand wanting to protect expensive furniture, the tone and delivery came across as rude and made our entire table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Raymond was attentive, friendly, and did his best to make us feel comfortable again after the interaction with the manager. His professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

Genuinely a great option. Service above par. Food was delicious…read more The bread was so soft and paired with a chimichurri and a pecan butter. The chimichurri had a kick to it from time to time, but I still ate it because it was really good with the slight sourness I like! The guacamole chicharron was so crispy and flavorful! I would come back just for that. We also ordered from the restaurant week menu. I got the Flora di Zucca which is zucchini blossoms. I genuinely thought it would be pieces of zucchini cut into shapes of flowers, but it was the actual flower! It was yummy! When I seemed confused, they let me try their regular zucchini too! I got the soup of the day which was a creamy mushroom soup and upgraded the sirloin to the filet. Both were worth getting. The filet was a little more cooked than I liked, but still pink in the middle, seasoned well, and tender. Their mashed potatoes honestly might be the best I've ever had at a restaurant. They gave me a sauce to go with the meal that they couldn't exactly describe. I can't exactly describe either. It was good though. I feel like it was similar to stroganoff gravy, savory and sour and a hint of something else. I upgraded one of the sides to the strawberry mozzarella salad, but I did not care for the vinaigrette that came with it. The pistachio cake was not what I was expecting. It was ok, but didn't really taste like pistachio aside from the pistachio crumble on top and was slightly dry. For just the chicharron and the mashed potatoes, I'd come here again. But pretty much everything we ate was solid and worth trying.

Tables are well spaced plenty of room eight crisp environment really just a very comfortable ambience. The services superlative from the moment you walk in in which you are immediately accommodated to the server who takes an order and then the servers who serve the food which is not necessarily one in the same. It's simply a very efficient service system and very pleasant if you're a customer. You get warm food. In my case I had hollandaise with Salman underlying it, which was very good. The eggs were cooked perfectly the hollandaise not by any means obnoxious but a very deliberate Irving and a wonderful salad, which both underlines the egg and is served as a side with the eggs, which were perfectly poached. In so far as the buzz is concerned, there are wines and beer available and really quite an extensive menu in both. I enjoyed a beer with mine, which I know it sounds like an odd combination, but it worked quite well for me. Really this is a wonderful addition to Katy options for breakfast or brunch.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.
